Pizza Hut in Wyre Forest

Tasty food, and the complicated process for ordering is almost worth it. Not many healthy options for the salad bar and potato salad is terrible 😫 The bottomless drink has very little options and it's taunting with tastes like lime, strawberry and other unavailable options.

Great service from Kirstie H and the rest of the team. Really nice pizza and great drinks which you can mix and match on.

Jake and Natalie at Kidderminster Pizza Hut were so lovely and the service was Very quick and they made us feel very comfy. We were at table 27. The fact that they both remembered the orders even though they use a new online system was fantastic. It shows they care about each individual table and it exemplifies what every dining experience should be.

Went here for some pizza after a long day. Excellent service from Morgan and Jake who were especially considering, good Ben our tech issues with the ap our fault which they sorted excellently and with understanding. Good pizza hut.

Took my kids because they like to go but the buffet only really caters for pizza fans which I'm not so I only got a bit of pasta and salad, would get a five if they had some chicken bites or something for the none pizza fan.

We had a nice meal here, glad to see so many decent vegan options.

Food was over an hour, said it was in the oven for 45 mins on the app! Delivery driver was rude, no mask or apology. Terrible service

Unless you're using their buffet facility I really wouldn't bother to eat in another pizza hut. For starters pizza hut in their wisdom have kitted out their employees in tshirts or checked shirts with ridiculously subtle logos so do your best to spot them, the prize is you may get some food ordered! Secondly pizza hut have reduced the size of their pizzas and desserts and still charge the same amount, for £2 more we had a delicious pub meal the night before. The server tried clearing our plates before we'd even finished eating and asked if we wanted the bill, desperate to get rid of paying customers?! I'll never be back and so at least I won't waste £23 each again!

Great food. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for an evening meal out ? They even sorted us doggy bags for the stuff we couldn't eat there. Thanks Pizza Hut 😃 xxx

Great place for a meal out, the staff on were lovely and helpful while the food was good value for money and came out very quickly too, that may have been because it was extremely quiet at the time we visited but I imagine that they also handle busier times efficiently. The tables were clean and the salad station was tidy and full, the staff checked back with us to ask if our food was okay everytime we had something new delivered to the table, all in all there are no real complaints except that as we were finishing up it became slightly busier and I think they forgot about us, we waited about 15min for the bill before just getting up to stand by the desk even though we were sat on the table closest, no problem though as we weren't in a hurry.
