We had a enjoyable one night stay here. Nice clean hotel with plenty of (paid) parking nearby. The lifts are very slow here and reception is on the top floor so, if you don't like or you are nervous about using lifts it's a long walk to reception. Breakfast was ok but the buffet option was not on when we went to the restaurant but still had a cooked breakfast which was tasty enough. This hotel is central to Kidderminster with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all close by.

Beds are really comfortable best nights sleep in a very long time...could do with a full length mirror tho.... breakfast was of a high standard for buffet style..sausages past my test they were tasty...... staff friendly and helpful.. Will stay again.. lots of shops in walking distance too...

Have stayed in this tired in need of upgrade Premier Inn couple of times. This is the last. From the outside the hotel looks like a disused abandoned hotel (see photos to PROVE IT), Dirty, wet and scruffy. The Hotel is in a very poor condition which is particularly concerning due to COVID. Both lifts were very unclean and we used gloves as the plastic over the buttons was pealing. off - photographic evidence attachedThe room keys failed to work on 3 separate occasions on two nights, given brand new keys on final complaint. We were not even able to access the corridor to gain entry to the room - Duty Manager informed. It was extremely cold in the room as the aircon unit was set to snowflake on the control panel and we were unable to alter it from our room. The main control panel is in reception and accessible by staff only. The duty manager told us that it was a fault and kept resetting....slept in sweat shirts - Duty Manager informed but not actioned. We were distrubed at 2am on the first night due to staff in a neighbouring room making excess noise - Duty Manager informed who confirmed it was a private room for staff usage only.It is unacceptable that we had to dispose of our own rubbish everyday. No clean towels or additional tea/coffee making goods after the first night and had to be requested every day...having to go up two floors to be given more tea bags and milk...EACH THHREE DAYS - Duty Manager informed who gave us 2 complimentary breakfasts each. All issues raised with the Duty Manager throughout our stay. Not offered an alternative room at any time. On our final day he apologised for our poor experience and advised us about the Good Night Guarantee. We are very disappointed about our poor and unnecessary experience. The hotel is in a wonderful old building in the centre of town....come on Premier Inn.... get a grip, pull your socks up

Premier Inn standards without the price tag. Great customer service, very clean room and foyer/corridors, nice and quiet - maybe because Kidderminster is a quiet town anyway?Lift wasn't the best in terms of condition or speed so took the stairs which I didn't mind as I had just one bag.

Absolutely shocking Premier Inn please don't book this Premier Inn. Myself and my family have stayed in Premier Inn for many years and have always found them very very good. We regularly stay in Manchester Printworks Premier Inn which is first class. We booked this Premier Inn in Kidderminster for a trip to West Midlands Safari Park for our two children and it needed to be changed due to Covid. I spoke to a staff member who changed the date of our stay. I then had numerous telephone and email correspondence due to them not entering the changed booking details on their system and then said it had not been recorded. We obviously didn't stay the night first booked and were told that we had lost our money and future booking stay. Nothing they could do but was their error. Shocking customer service please please avoid.

Really good holiday Inn, rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast good. Staff nice and friendly. Right by shops, great location. Good shower too.Little noisy when guests were in hallway.Only other thing was an annoying humming air conditioning unit. We turned it off and it was fine but in summer I'd be worried about it being too noisy. Hopefully they'll get it fixed.

Set in a beautiful building which has kept its historic features. Lovely exposed brick with modern decor. Rooms we good, standard premier inn. Staff were friendly and very helpful. You do have to pay for parking which is a shame. Get there after 18.30 and leave before 8am and you'll avoid the chargers. Would definitely stay again
