Roadhouse in Wyre Forest

Regularly order deliveries via just eat. Great variety of food to feed the family and at reasonable price.

they always get the order wrong. it’s happened a couple times now were they get the order wrong and act so rude on the phone. not worth it

Ordered many times via Uber eats, food is generally of a good standard, not too greasy. Hot and fresh when we recieve it. Sometimes delivery can take a while, a combination of order being pushed back or uber drivers taking they're time.

Called them for a takeaway the guy said wait 2 min then 5 I waited put me on hold waited like 11 minutes then he ended the call very rude staff won't be ordering from here anymore just lost yourself a customer

Great food at great prices. Been a regular for years and see no reason why they would argue with anyone about there faults. We have had complaint's before but nothing major just little like ordering a stuffed crust pizza but it wasn't stuffed crust when we had it. They apologized and have never forgotten since. We wasn't charged extra. All I can say about the bad reviews is either they are fake or it was bad timing and new people was working. Always happy to help with genuine complaints and couldn't do more to put things right in my experience. Sometimes it could be how you put yourself across. If you complain guns firing expect ricochet.

I called up this evening and I was asking do you do delivery? They set wait ( brother) so I was hanging the phone around 2 min without saying a world, when I set ok I hang up someone answer.I ordered a few thinks for delivery and I was asking how long they told me 30 to 35 min max, I set ok so given the address. After 50 min I called them how long more they told me 10 minutes brother again. I set ok 10 more minutes should be fine after 1 hour and 25 min I called again where is my delivery? They told me 2 to 3 min brother. No thank you never again keep your food.

One of the tastiest pizza 🍕 😋 & hamburger 🍔 in town ever tasted. If I find other, I'll share 😉

To be fair, the food is nice! I've had multiple items from the menu, i.e Ciabatta, pizza's and baguettes. The fries aren't all that. Barely anything special. Pizzas are nice. I've had the chicken legs and Meh, I wouldn't give that super high ratings either. All in all, this place is great if you want something to eat real quick and you're too tired to cook. But don't expect something Amazing either

Great food at reasonable prices, not perfect by any means but I have never had a bad meal here - always better than average. Service is fast and efficient, and the staff are always friendly. Collect times are often incredibly quick too!

Also I was over charged for a burger I never ordered very bad experience never ordering form here again ruined my evening. very rude staff argued with me when they were in fault. when I placed my order I even told them to read it back to me but they still managed to mess it up. Worst takeaway ever.
