Unimpressed today. Only 3 checkouts open with long queues. I thought it was just aldi prices they were matching. Not the service. . .

Usually get what I want very polite and friendly staff. I shop here all the time even though I have to drive to it. But I know what I can get and the quality is very good.

I love the styling of the Range Rover Evoque and this place had several. They were immaculate too, really tough to decide on which one. No hesitation or reservation about the dealers though. Lovely ppl, really helpful and really know their stuff.I've been to other places looking as were a bit cheaper and just drove off without looking as the place itself and condition of the cars put me right off.Would not hesitate to recommend this place publicly. Worth traveling tooReally good prices.

Huge car park, easy to access, store is large enough that even when it is busy it never seems too over crowded. Though on a Sunday at 9.30 people start queuing around the block which seems a little crazy! But not at other days and times.

Used their scanner for the first time. Really easy to use and enjoyed the savings that we made. So quick at the check out as bags already packed. Assistant came to our aid very promptly when we had a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Dissapointed that there was only one staffed checkout which had a queue going back into the Isle, about ten customers waiting. I shopped using self scan so used self checkout but this is difficult for me as I have sight loss. Not a pleasant trip even as I had a family member to help me.

This a nice store. Very well stocked. Wide aisles. A pleasant shopping experience

Nice big airy store where you can do a full shop, update your wardrobe, buy your self some beautiful bed linen, replace your wine glasses that got broken by your dogs wagging tail and then pop up to the Cafe for a coffee and cake. The only downside, although staff are pleasant enough if you need to ask them anything, they rarely give you a smile if you are just passing by, it does make a huge difference to the lonely shopper who hasn't spoken to a soul for a week if you just make eye contact and acknowledge them, it makes it much easier for them to want to visit your store again.

Recently visited this branch at Kidderminster again a few years after my first time. It's a huge store but sells almost everything plus a decent clothing and home section. Staff also very helpful and friendly.
