Spring Grove House in Wyre Forest

Food is absolutely outstanding at Farmhouse Inns. Really reasonably priced aswell. Something for everyone. Only gave 3 stars due to the service at this location at this time wasn't at its best. Orders via the App, I had a Smoothered chicken and partner had a Carvery. My meal came before drinks and no Ticket came for the carvery. Asked the waiter about the drinks and he just shrugged and wondered back to the bar. And said you don't get tickets for the Carvery just show your phone. Other than that the food and drinks was absolutely lovlee.

Come in for lunch today, had the Carvery and fish and chips, the two behind the bar Ellie & James smiling and welcoming, asked if we would like pigs in blankets and Bread & butter with our meals glad we did! All the food was great carvery was fab!! Definitely be back

Great food and great staff, even they got one of our orders slightly wrong they quickly put it right with no fuss at all. Definitely good value for money. If going on a Sunday I'd book because it got really busy, but still the service was brilliant

Came in for lunch today. Food was so so so good! The portion sizes are HUGE!!! The woman behind the bar - Jen - was so lovely and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The man who bought our food to our table - Richard I think his name was - was also really friendly. Thank you all for a really lovely lunch, we will certainly be back soon.

First time in nearly three years as this used to be dreadful. Went for breakfast and to be honest was not too bad.Plenty of choice of food if you go for the unlimited breakfast. Only knocked one star off as did not know you had the pre-order veggie sausages but to be fair to the staff who were brilliant, they quickly cooked some and were excellent.May try going in for a carvery next time which by the time we left was being put out and looked nicely presented.

Wasn’t expecting much of a place, only went because I saw an all day breakfast advertised as I drove past. Oh my goodness was I absolutely delighted with the whole set up! Food absolutely delicious and what a monster portion too. Staff, super friendly and attentive when needed. Prices, absolutely incredible value for money. Variety, also absolutely incredible. Most definitely a hidden gem in plain sight… same time next week folks!

Went for breakfast. Food was gd but I waited 45 minutes for vegetarian sausages, so by the time they had arrived at the table, I'd finished the rest of my food. They do unlimited toast. Had to ask 3 times where it was. The table near us got theirs first and didn't come into the pub until after we had fetched our food but we were told it was it was delivered to whoever gave in their ticket first.

Above and beyond... friendly service and even got some sproutage in my life though they wasn't out for carvery. What a cheerful team

Had an amazing carvery tonight with my wife and son. Excellent choice and the beef, turkey and gammon was fantastic. Great service from all the staff and everyone was smiling. Superb choice of desserts with a box to take home too. Only bad point from us was the £1.50 for the pigs in blankets. Very small. Felt a bit cheated. Apart from that, Excellent and would highly recommend. Thanks 😊

A group of us went for a Christmas Carvery with starters and desserts. All the food was delicious and well presented. The serving of the courses was well timed and the staff were considerate and very pleasant.Attention to little details makes a great deal of difference. For instance, since I was driving,I wanted a Lime and Soda with ice. Arrived in a lovely special pint glass, full of crushed ice and sliced fresh lime. Cordial was nice quality and not too strong.I had a prawn cocktail as a starter. The quantity of the portion was impressive and beautifully presented with baby lettuce leaves arranged around the edge of the glass goblet. Came with a few slices of nice bread and butter too.I have to say, given the quality of the food and the price, it is our new must go again place.
