Starbucks in Wyre Forest

I love starbucks however this one has slow service! Coffee only warm.. missing items had to remind them. Waiting to be served and people served who came in after me. Just overall bad experience. There was a young guy working there who was polite...

Typical chain coffee shop, nice enough but can be expensive to eat, for pre packed food. I would rather go to a local independent if possible. No idea what they pay on tax in the UK compared to what goes through the tills.....

Great just a little slow when you go inside they seem to concentrate on the drive thru.

Friendly staff and great location but always freezing cold (even in winter). I get that the staff are nice and warm with all the motors generating heat behind the counter but it should be about the customers.Look around and all customers are always wearing jackets / scarves etc

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Both milk jugs were not clean with a layer inside that could be scraped off with your nail. Not nice when you've emptied the jug before you see it.

They were not really on the ball and did not let me know what o had ordered and paid for they did not provide. I ordered a medium flat white and received a small flat white to be told we dont sell medium size in this drink, not helpful

No hot chocolate, ridiculously expensive coffee that was not the gold standard that the price indicated it should be. Service at drive thru was quick and the staff were friendly.

Usually this starbucks is good but i ordered a frapachino and the ice was really chunky compared to all the other times i had a frap , it had not much flavour was basically chewing on ice with cream on top for 4£ something dor a coffee it was really disappointing

Needs more front of house staff, tablets a little untidy, but drinks good and quick

I drink a lot of coffee. I go to a lot of coffee houses. This one is slow. Slow if you're queuing inside, slow if you're in the drive-thru. I think somewhere between the in-store, drive-thru, advance orders, Uber Eats and Just Eat customers - the prioritisation is wrong. It might seem not very busy, but you can still be waiting a while for your coffee.
