Starbucks Coffee- Stourport Road in Wyre Forest

Ordered a drink and 2 cups via justeat & they didn't have the 1 in stock. Justeat wouldn't refund me for the cup so spoke to the store & manager & they arranged for me to collect a new one to replace the 1 they didn't have in stock which also wouldn't be refunded. Friendly staff & clean store. Nice drinks but unfortunately I am a Costa girl 😂❣ starbucks is more pricey than Costa but starbucks have more drink options. Would recommend tho x

Typical chain coffee shop, nice enough but can be expensive to eat, for pre packed food. I would rather go to a local independent if possible. No idea what they pay on tax in the UK compared to what goes through the tills.....

Great just a little slow when you go inside they seem to concentrate on the drive thru.

I love starbucks however this one has slow service! Coffee only warm.. missing items had to remind them. Waiting to be served and people served who came in after me. Just overall bad experience.There was a young guy working there who was polite...

Friendly staff and great location but always freezing cold (even in winter). I get that the staff are nice and warm with all the motors generating heat behind the counter but it should be about the customers.Look around and all customers are always wearing jackets / scarves etc

Needs more front of house staff, tablets a little untidy, but drinks good and quick

I drink a lot of coffee. I go to a lot of coffee houses. This one is slow. Slow if you're queuing inside, slow if you're in the drive-thru. I think somewhere between the in-store, drive-thru, advance orders, Uber Eats and Just Eat customers - the prioritisation is wrong. It might seem not very busy, but you can still be waiting a while for your coffee.
