Great, 'proper' pub, good selection of ales and ciders!

We usually visit oncea week they have a great selection of Real Ales which usually.include my favourite '' a porter of some sorts haven't had a bad one yet, cheese and onion cobs lovely too. I'd your near Bdwdley it is definitely worth calling in if you want to experience a proper pub. The building it occupies was formerly Barclays Bank, there's still evidence of the Banjs occupation which makes it interesting too.

Wish this was my local!Great choice of real ales from Black Country brewery plus lots of others.The cheese & onion cobs with the pork pie was a special highlight.This is what pubs should be like and the prices were very reasonable...

This pub is so friendly and welcoming. The fire is always on keeping it lovely and warm in the cold months. Although there's a wide selection of ales there is plenty for those who aren't ale drinkers! The staff are fantastic and always so attentive. One of my favourite places in all of Bewdley!

Another great place to visit whilst staying or having a day trip to Bewdley. At least 9 ales on tap including some very tasty chestnut ones. There's a selection of bar snacks that won't set you back much money.A real fire was adding to the comfort of the pub and a selection of books to enjoy whilst sitting in the comfy chairs.
