"Welcome to The Three Crowns and Sugar Loaf—a proper local pub situated on the edge of the village of Franche, near Kidderminster. We’re proud to serve the whole community and offer something for all the family. Our massive menu of classic pub food, curries, and burgers is served alongside a fun children’s menu packed with healthy choices, and we put on regular entertainment including our bingo nights and poker nights. Our beer garden is the perfect place to chill when the weather’s warm, and our patio and outdoor children’s play area are a big hit with parents and kids. We look forward to seeing you soon!"

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Waiting staff were lovely and friendly. One named Nessa was helpful and always smiling even though busy.

We call in for a few beers fairly regularly and eat here quite often. We called in today for a steak and I can honestly say that both steaks were cooked perfectly to our order, one medium and one rare. Staff always friendly and attentive. Great pub👍

Fantastic pints at the Crowns. The beer has been brilliant lately, especially when the beer is pulled by Kath who always knows how to pour the best pints. Food was delicious as well tonight - all cooked to perfection. A lovely evening out!

We had a great experience at this pub. The service was exceptional with great customer service from Katherine. The food was lovely and came within good time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere that is welcoming with a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent pub, great for ‘locals’ but very welcoming to visitors for afar. Caters for all ages, great menu which suits all . Spent many happy hours in the Three Crowns and intend to do so for many years to come. Keep up the good work.

Came to the pub for the second time on Sunday I believe, had a lovely meal and a delicious dessert, a girl with long blue hair served all of our meals in the afternoon, we had lovely conversations with her she made us feel so welcome and gave a at home kind of presence. Wish we knew the girls name as we would like to thank her personally. We saw the Halloween drinks advertised and were very impressed. The pub is always kept clean and tidy, will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends.Thank you all for a great Sunday lunch.

The Three Crowns and Sugar Loaf has, in recent times, proved itself to be the best pub in Kidderminster. The new range of drinks and food has improved the pubs variety and appeals to a lot more people. The place is fronted by a bunch of very friendly staff and the manager, Sam, has proved himself to run this place to the highest standard! There are always events organised for all ages and family’s and even on a normal night the place is extremely welcoming and the food is always top notch. Would highly recommend this place and I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future.

I regularly visit the Three Crowns and I have never been disappointed. My first visit was during the height of the pandemic and the staff did everything to make me and my family comfortable. They followed all of the guidelines (which can't be said for many pubs/bars) and did everything with a smile on their faces. Considering the year we've had and the fact that the hospitality industry has been hit the hardest, I personally feel that Sam and his team are a credit to Marstons and should be very proud of themselves. As always, amazing food, amazing service and amazing venue! 5 stars!
