Great venue, owners are awesome. Highly recommended.

Hi me and my wife were invited to a evening wedding reception 1st May, it was very busy ,but I must say the staff were amazing they never stopped working hard all night with a smile on there face ,I was very impressed by all the staff and owners. My verdict its a top place and well worth a visit

I recently held a surprise party for my mum, dad and Auntie. It's is a fantastic venue, beautiful decor inside and the staff are friendly and very help. Nanette was our main contact prior to the event and she did a superb job organising everything. I would highly recommend this for any function.

Maybe refurbishing not quite completed yet butexcellent Sunday Lunch compensated fully. Young lady who served couldn't do enough for the four of us. All plates were piping hot, all tables scrubbed clean.Cannot fault the food.

Went for a Sunday roast was amazing food. Great service. Will be returning without doubt highley recommend

It was the first time I'd been to the WharfWe had Sunday lunch which was lovely. Tender meat a good selection of perfectly cooked veg and all served piping hot.They were generous portions and all at a good price served by friendly efficient staff. We will definitely be going again and I would recommend it.

One of the best for price assistance, experience and overall comfort. Great rooms, staff fantastic and the location is fantastic. Local town just down the River. What a day to end a long day on the road travelling to The Wharf one of the best places Ive stayed on my travels. Thanks Nanette, and Spencer and Bar staff who helped with general local knowledge given with a smile. Highly recommend this his place Kind regard a tired journey man.

Such a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful location right by the canal. Lovely welcome by the host on arrival. Room was perfect, especially if you need to self cater. Spotless, just what you need, we will be returning very soon! Thanks 'The Wharf'

Very nice place to stop. Close to everything. Would stop here again, but you have to remember music doesn't stop till midnight. You can here it in every room. So if you have little ones who go bed early. I wouldn't recommend them staying here. But definitely will come back. Xxx
