Tiger Bowl in Wyre Forest

I have used these many times but tonight was the last time waiting 2.5 hours for it to arrive, spoke to the restaurant and just got excuses . Don't take orders.and make promises you cannot fulfill

Well worth waiting for! It's Friday, probably busy hence the wait but that was bloody delicious!

I really like this place don't know if there just really busy but my orders are always at least 30 mins late don't know if that's just eats fault or something else but.. solid food

Ordered 7.30 pm. Delivery time 8.30pm. Contacted them at 9.30, was told coming soon. Contacted again at 10.15pm to be told it was delivered 30 minutes ago. Went to doorstep to retrieve cold order. Contacted for refund ..... they put phone down. Rang them again and the driver said he knocked and rang the door bell. We have a dog that would let us know this. The staff member then laughed and said get the refund from just eat.I understand during this time we should all make allowances. But don't take orders if you can't cope.

Ordered with friends (whilst socially distancing in their garden). Ordered at 20:15 told delivery would be 21:45.... thought bit long, but fair enough. 00:24 food turned up, after I’d left the house. No refund offered and no apology. I will certainly not use again. Useless

I love tiger bowl. They're curry sauce is the best around, others are bland in comparison. Never had a wrong order and food has always been hot on arrival or collection. Chicken balls are amaze balls 👍😁

Absolutely best Chinese for ordering in, especially for our family as we have vegetarians and vegans and they do Quorn and seitan dishes. Everyone agrees the food is always delicious and it's never been late, and we're in Bewdley! We order early (I've never waited less than an hour for ANY takeaway to be delivered at the weekend) especially as you expect a wait because they're always busy - but well worth it for a gorgeous mushroom curry and mock duck in black bean sauce that I didn't have to make 👍🏼

Tiger Bowl is not a bad chinese at all, we've not had a bad meal from here.The delivery times are a bit hit and miss, but it is ok. Lady is pleasant to talk to and apologised loads when we had to eventually collect it, due to her driver not coming in. That's not her fault and I couldn't be mad about it either. She compensated us really nicely by putting in extra food and she took money off of our order, she also offered a free drink but I felt she compensated enough. Meal was decent as per usual.

Absolutely terrible. Have ordered several times and each time is takes over 3 hours for the food to arrive. The food is good when it finally arrives but the wait is just unacceptable. Do not order from this restaurant if you want to eat at a reasonable time!!

Great range of food and always good but my god the service is terrible. Late delivery every single time to the point we don’t even want it anymore by the point it finally gets here... Disappointing considering the food quality as I’d rather go elsewhere just to avoid the wait.
