A very charming place with good vegan food. May depend on currency exchange rates but we experienced it as far less expensive than having the same quality in Germany. So we ate there several times. Definitely a must on every travelers route.

Good food and very friendly and accommodating staff. Place has a lovely vibe and is the best vegan friendly place in town we found in 2 days. Highly recommended

I had an excellent spicy stew and a coffee and my wife had a quiche. The food was tasty and we'll presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have been before and had a mushroom burger and I will be visiting again to try something else.

Beautiful place with beautiful food, although not so cheap. Worth it though, I particularly enjoy the milkshakes :) also their events are pretty cool, open mic and what not. The place has a great vibe and attracts some awesome people. Travel there and experience it, you would be silly to miss it.

Was here last year on the way to the ferry and got an amazing breakfast. This year we returned, the staff changed and the breakfast was no longer on offer during lunch time. Plus our cheese platter, which should be fast to plate-up, didn't materialise so we just had our tea and cancelled the cheese. But overall a buzzing nice café.

Found this cafe by chance. We didn't want a "chain" coffee but my wife wasn't too sure about this one. I said let's take a look and as soon as we entered we were warmly greeted. The coffee was excellent as was the banana cake to which I treated myself. We will go there every time we pop into Carmarthen from now on. Great find.

Lovely friendly staff who welcomed us in from a horizontally rainy afternoon into a colourful cozy place with mellow ambience. We had very nicely prepared and perfectly fresh food in decent portion sizes. The GF chocolate brownie, served warm, was sublime - a gorgeous little cloud of dense, beautiful chocolate. For two nicely satisfying lunches, two desserts and two hot drinks (try the Raw Cacao if you like the idea of a savoury dark chocolate drink - we loved it) we paid £28. Worth every penny! Planning on going back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the cafe today. The staff were so friendly and helpful, advising us on our menu choices, and were cheerful and chatty too. I had a mushroom and cheese omelette which was delicious, and my daughter had pancakes with chocolate and banana, which she really enjoyed. As she is dairy intolerant, every care was taken to use dairy free ingredients.Would absolutely recommend Caffi Iechyd Da.Excellent food and service and a lovely sunny atmosphere. Diolch yn fawr!
