Baltic Inn Restaurant in Carmarthenshire

Sure it’s not Hilton but the room was nice and quiet, the staff and manager very helpful and attentive. The location was great for walks, just a short stroll to the village and 15 minutes drive to Carmarthen. Very happy with our stay.

Quiet relaxing location, Nice place but disappointed that the cleaner hadn't cleaned the room before arrival. The towels and bedding were used, the bathroom uncleaned etc this was rectified the following day. Not a good service after a long journey!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my partner. The staff were friendly, Dan was lovely and very knowledgeable of the area. There were some lovely walks for our dog to enjoy, we also thought the rooms were very cosy. Had a great nights sleep! Will definitely come back.

Strange that myself and my friends reviews have been somewhat lost?? Can see lots of lovely feedback was contacted today after 2 years?

As restaurant was good but as B&B not really. First of all bedding wasn't fresh (don't know how many slept before) as found hair and secondly next door neighbours weren't very loud but feeling was that they are in our room. Next time will stay elsewhere.I think that everything is a bit too much for the owner, poor lady looks after bookings, restaurant, cooking, waitress, bar staff you name it she does it all but you can't expect everything perfect from multi-tasking. Some people in the restaurant where left for 20min to 30min between meals.I might be wrong and experienced one of the occasions as stayed there for night but I've seen enough and sorry, I would not stay again there (we were itching after stay). Better add few more pounds and stay in network hotel even if it is a motel.

Attended friends wedding 19/10/19. The staff were excellent, the interior is super comfortable, warm and very relaxing, the function room has lots of lovely natural light, nicely decorated with some delightful touches, the food was outstanding! Can't recommend it enough. Excellent.

Visited here just under a month ago in the family room and just got around to writing a review. Firstly I am not happy with the level of customer service. Only came across 2 staff members during our weekend stay, not very welcoming or hospitable. Attention to detail needed especially in regards to dishes, cutlery was filthy glasses and plates in restaurant were fairly dirty when we had breakfast, tea cups in our room were filthy. There were stains on bed sheets and pillowcases. Pretty much all off the towels in our room were all stained. There was soap scum on the bath, I had to purchase cleaning products to clean the bath myself prior to use. The curtains had damp stains on them. Very little service available for breakfast, the chef was on her own and doing the serving and was rude. Did not bother asking us what we required we were sitting there to be served, short staffed no other staff to be seen. Very thin walls as we were kept up due to someone moaning loudly till 2am in the morning! Had to bang on the wall for it to stop to which it continued a little later. Not happy with the overall experience. However the only positive things I can say the inn is located in a lovely location and not far off from the city centre. Looking forward to the feisty and unprofessional response from the owner judging by the responses on Trip Advisor LOL.

Nice building and surrounding area. The property had a nice interior which was nice and clean. The food was very tasty however all the meat was shredded and not sliced. It was dry the veg was supplied in great quantities but was overcooked. Overall it was not a bad meal just the the presentation was very poor.
