Domino's Pizza Llanelli in Carmarthenshire

Placed an order waited over an hour for the food it said on the app it was delivered enjoy my food what a joke apparently the delivery guy couldn't find the address rang up to ask where's my pizza only to be told he couldn't find the address 🤷‍♂️ and a refund will take 3-5 days absolutely disgusting seriously gone down hill this place! Will update when and if I get a refund shocking......

It's been second time had very cold pizza, wanted to call them and let them know but there is one to answer the phone, I feel very bad for wasting my £30. 🤮 🍕

My partner loves domino's and tend to be here 'go to craving' and i used to be able to say the same. I am not sure as to why but the sides seem to have gone downhill with the chicken being pretty meh, the wedges are hit or miss cookies are sometimes burnt as well. I mean the pizza is good but not the best anymore. All in all pretty average

Ordered a pizza, drove 15 mins to collect it, then drove home to find it had the wrong toppings and was covered in pork.Its a big part of my religion that we cant even touch pork so i was pretty upset.Called up and spoke to a man who claimed they didnt even sell pork and while i was explaining that bacon and sausage are pork, to a man who works in the food industry, i believe i figured out why my order was wrong.. they probably dont have many employees that can actually read.But rest assured, the day was saved when the £20 in petrol was made up for by £3.99 cookies !

Good service and lovely food. But ordered for 22.45 as the wife is coming home from work and was delivered at 22.20 so will be cold. If could stick to the time that was asked or as close too. Would be perfect.

Always and I mean always a good pizza and cooked as a pizza should be cooked, tasty and fresh. when picking up our order, staff have been very friendly and always say ENJOY YOUR EVENING. That shows that they care about their customers.

No gluten free!?!?! 🤔😡Since the pandemic and people heavily relying on takeaways these days, it seems us gluten free people don't need to eat anymore, or just don't matter. Thanks dominoes... Great..!! 👍

Always under cheese and over top with sauce, on the best days they will cut your pizza accurately, but most days youd be lucky if they did, if a pizza is made wrong, they dont believe you so they demand the pizza back! Never admits to their mistakes and will be harsh towards you if you disagree with them. Not the best and other dominos handle situations like this alot better, this particular store is only about the money. You can tell by the deals they do compared to other stores that arent under the same franchise

One of the best dominoes in wales. Has very fast service that accommodates whatever you need. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always the same great food produced freshly in the store. When busy they might leave stuff out e.g sides
