*Update* your response speaks volumes, how unprofessional! You are supposed to be running a business! I can see why your restuarant is always dead since your customer service skills clearly leave a lot to the imagination! I called at 17:32 go and have a look at your cameras and see who answered the phone! They took my full order I have the call in my call list since you are suggesting i am lying... like i would waste my evening! It wasn't the American girl who answered the phone so obviously one of your other staff members! Good luck running a business like this i imagine you will be shut down again soon enough!Called and placed an order for collection and told to pop by in 20 mins. Headed over to be told there was no record of our order, told them it was definitely placed. All we got was an "unfortunately there's nothing on the computer" had to prompt the girl on the phone to check with the kitchen and other staff still to no avail. Told could place again and wait another 20 mins... no apology no offer to make it up quicker or offer a goodwill discount. Had my 7 month old in the car and had already been in the car long enough so not willing to wait. Poor service tonight, looks like we will be going elsewhere next time.

Just had a take away from here. Absolutely terrible.Couldn't eat the ribs, lemon chicken or the crispy beef as it was an unnatural colour. Like completely neon, skin staining, uv reacting neon orange/red!!!!Special fried rice, well I'd love to know what's special about it. Handful of prawns thrown into egg fried rice.Don't waste your money. Tesco do a better 7.50 Chinese meal for 2!*reply to your comment - I dont like supermarket food but it would be far superior to the rubbish I just picked up.Litrally waste of hard earned money, that's were I'm coming from with that comment.Im not from carmarthen, and first time iv had food here. I'm well travelled and a chef! So i know what I'm talking about in regards to food and its quality.If you cant take constructive criticism then maybe you should reconsider your profession in the hospitality industry.

Only place we eat at during our visit in Carmarthen. We had their food for takeaway three days in a row. Lots of options to choose from. Quick service and great food at awesome prices. Couldn’t ask for more. Very popular with the locals too. Telephone orders welcome.

Stopped here on our way back from a day out going off pervious reviews. We weren't disappointed. Good value for money and very tasty.

Since people brilliant service. Really tasty food. It was my husband's 50th birthday and We came with a large crowd. Well done guys
