Frankie & Benny's in Carmarthenshire

Lovely experience on Monday, had a few cocktails and they looked and tasted amazing! The bubble gum one and the blueberry mojito were our favourites 🍹🍹 The food was so tasty too! Both members of staff were very kind and attentive and overall we had a brilliant time! Thankyou all😋

Perfect date location, there was a few vegan options in each category of the menu which is perfect, but the quality of the food was top, I had the chicken strips for a starter and they were easily better than the McDonald's and kfc equivalent. I had the regular hotdogs for main and it was better than the iconic Tim hortons hotdogs! The crispy onions just did it for me!Wheel chair accessible, great funny staff, good vibe, very clean inside and in the toilets, definitely worth going here instead of the harvester across the road.

I went here expecting great food for a good price however I ordered a portion of sweet potato fries and it was £4 for a small pot the fries were full of salt and they were disgusting then I asked for a glass of water when ordering and they didn’t bring it so then I asked again and she said it would be right over and it never arrived I furthermore asked 5 waitresses for a glass of water and they all ignored me and did not bring me any water eventually I ended up going to the bar asking the bar tender for a glass of water and she gave me dirty looks and was moody with me the glass of water was half full and I was disgusted I hardly ate any of the food as it was plastered with salt I cut my losses and asked for the bill and it took 20 minutes for someone to bring it to me and a further 10 minutes to bring the card machine don’t waste your time and money absolute shambles!!

The kids meals are huge! My son's pizza was as big as mine! Delicious food, great puddings. Also, clean toilets.

Was excited to see a F&B open so gave it a go.Quite busy, and service was initially very good.Food however was lacklustre, the potato skins tasted as if they had been frozen and microwaved. The Alfredo was tasteless and was more like a large ready meal.The service then took a dive, could not catch a waitress to get another drink, and asking for the bill took forever as everybody just walked past us with no eye contact.All in all £40 for one starter, two pasta dishes and two soft drinks was far too much.Will not return.

Lovely food, quick to arrive & was very filling. The amazing atmosphere was welcoming & relaxing & the awesomely happy staff worked well together especially Katie was happy polite & extremely friendly. Wish more places had waitresses like her

The standard of the food was good, it always is. My disappointment arose from the length of time we waited for our food. We were one of the first in and were seated and served immediately, however we then had a 40 minute wait for our food which wasn't helped when others who arrived much later than us recieved their food before us. When we questioned this we received numerous apologies and our food quickly arrived. Aside from this, exactly what you'd expect plus the young lady who served us was very polite and was a pleasure to deal with.

Came here for dinner with my family, the food was lovely and their new Xmas menu is brilliant! All the staff were lovely and the lady on the bill - Claire was excellent. We will definitely be returning again!

Came here earlier today, had a lovely cherry coca-cola cocktail and my daughter had a blueberry crush drink, they were amazing! Best ones we’ve had by far! I Will be back to try the lady liberty our waitress isobel mentiond! Food and service was brill too! 😊 2

Me & my partner had a child free night. So booked into our local F&B's. Fancied a cocktail, but unfortunately they had no mojitos (my fave). But quickly I was offered not only a mojito, but a super special blueberry mojito that was amazing! Food was awesome, service was amazing an all round perfect evening out 😊👌
