Golden Star Chinese Take Away in Carmarthenshire

First time ordering tonight, never again. The whole plate of food didn’t even taste like Chinese it was SO bland, the Singapore rice had no spice or flavour. The curry sauce also didn’t have NO taste! I am fuming £18 straight in the bin.

Had a takeaway this evening, absolutely lovely, fresh and super tasty, and delivered on time. We had Crispy Beef, S&S King Prawn, a Fried Rice and a Special Chip Suey Noodles, every dish 5 stars, thanks!

We have tried a few Chinese since we have moved back to Llanelli and this is now my favourite.We had curry, noodles, sweet n sour chicken balls, rice and spring roll.The chicken ball batter was light and tasty, best I have had, as normally they are very heavy on the batter but they have this right.Everything was spot on.

Tasty, good portion, reasonable prices.

My favourite Chinese, helpful even when I ring up minute's before closing they'll never refuse my order coz it's too much work. Food is always fresh and as important really nice

Got food tonight from here for the 1st time, tried a few locally but this is the best by far, food nice and fresh, good service, not too expensive , this will now be our regular Chinese takeaway from now on.

I usually order the star buy and its usually nice, however tonight we ordered the usual star buy offer to then find a piece of plastic or plasticy tape inside a spring roll, the chips were warmed up and the meal came 30 minutes late. I phoned to complain and the owners attitude stunk. She said they don't make the spring rolls they just warm them up, and they were busy so that's why the chips were warmed up. I then said OK I won't be ordering again so she hung up. With a little apology I mite have stayed but now with the pot food and stinking attitude I won't be returning!!!
