Excellent weekend stay. Room near reception was very good, bathroom was lovely. The food was great, dinner and Sunday lunch and the Felinfoel was excellent. All members of staff were very friendly and efficient.Going again very soon .

Stopped here before a studio session 20 minutes away. Staff all seemed lovely , room was ok and clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was not bad apart from the sausages and it's included in the price. The only thing would be the smell near our room which was rank. It's a tired hotel but work well for a quick stopover. The pub opposite was open till late so made it great for us as we only landed at 11pm.

I don't know why it is only 3star. Rooms are dated but clean and tidy. Staff are brilliant, breakfast is excellent. I will definitely stay again!

Bar man acted as waiter as well as barman today. He was the perfect gentleman and deserves a pay rise for doing two jobs. It's Saturday the 19th of Febuary 2022.I was impressed with his multi tasking but feel that the hotel manager should give him support

We always booked direct hotel as hotel recognised us and offered great family Room ( Room89). During our check in one of manager (lady) gave complimentary 1 hours late check out, Resturant service was done by another lady manager who offered great service and Breakfast we were late but Breakfast handled by another lady manager were very helpful and offered Breakfast eventough we late. Hotel Room was super cleaned and well maintained .

Very close to train station so I could walk, the room itself was decorated fairly modern lit except for the wallpaper which was slightly dated. There’s no heating system in the room so can get a bit stuffy. Great bar, and very accommodating with cutlery etc. lovely hot shower. Bed was very comfortable but I stayed with my husband and the two singles being pushed together meant I couldn’t cuddle him a lot as the dip in the centre was uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The fruit salad was very fresh, the veggie sausages are also nice as made from veggies not a meat-free alternative. I’d stay again happily and look forward to it. :)

Nice hotel with great food. Rooms are comfortable but a little tired. That said though we would happily stay again and may well do so!

Can't remember the number of times I've stayed here, over the last 7 years, the service is fantastic, staff really really friendly, a little dated but over all a very warm friendly place to stay, always made to feel welcome!

Place is a bit dated . I had an excellent comfortable room and a bathroom with a walk in shower that suited me excellently. Food was reasonable quality on the whole but not exceptional. Staff were all very friendly. Good wifi reception. TV wasn't in the best position for viewing but that didn't really bother me.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff, who couldn't be more helpful. It caters to a more mature audience, and so is styled and geared towards that demographic. The room we had, no. 95, was at the end of the corridor overlooking the car park. The window was able to be 100% open or closed, there didn't appear to be any intermediate settings. Bed was comfortable, and as our double was two singles pushed together it was huge. Decor felt late 90s/ early 00s, and the flat screen TV was on the smaller side, but it did come with all the freeview channels. The restaurant food was good, and we enjoyed the evening meal we had there. The breakfast was equally as good, and was brilliantly prepared, and the staff were friendly and happy even at the early hours. The hotel is dog friendly which did lead to a couple of instances of late night and early morning barking which we could have done without. Similarly some of the guests are less than stellar and so on Saturday night we were treated to a constant barrage of uncouth language and swearing, which ruined the ambience we had hoped for with a quiet drink in the bar before bed. I must say the staff handled the situation as best as they could but I did feel I had to stand in the bar area in case it got messy, which somewhat ruined our quiet drink.
