I visit this place on a regular basis and it is one of my favourite places to eat out in Carmarthen. I am always welcomed with a friendly smile and the food is always outstanding. Everything is homemade and fresh. I would recommend to all.

Excellent food. We both had falafel salad which was delicious. Plenty of asparagus, sweet potato, avocado, cherry tomatoes and humus. All really fresh. Falafel freshly cooked

Great little caf with lovely home cooked dishes and freshly baked bread for sandwiches. Never disappointed. Kashia is very welcoming. My favourite lunch time caf in Carmarthen by a mile

If it's on, you have to try the upside down pear cake - so light yet moist and a really good sized slice. This is a lovely place with great food, simply served, with great music. Delicious cappuccino that tastes like a flat white. A must visit.

The best cafe we have been to on our holidays. The chicken and avocado salad was brilliant and the cakes are great. Pretty place with great proprietors, I can't imagine you will find better in South Wales.

Excellent café serving delicious sandwiches, coffee and cake! I enjoyed the artichoke and hummus sandwich very much, and the upside down pear cake was divine. A great find.

This is a brilliant place to visit if you're in carmarthen, it's a small cafe with delicious home made food, the staff are very friendly and very helpful especially if you have coeliac (gluten free)Depending on your disability could present a problem as the toilets are downstairs, obviously not suitable for wheelchair users. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and I have already emailed my friends and family.
