KFC in Carmarthenshire

Food was good, but fries were a little stingy. Would have been more enjoyable if the female staff member's boyfriend wasn't present, leaning over the serving area from the customers side, kissing her while she's trying to dispense drinks. Had to get him to move so I could get to the straws and napkins. Was quite annoying, unprofessional and unhygienic.

Order is wrong pretty much every time. They always leave out the dips (which you pay for) and the staff are always under such immense pressure is a wonder they are still standing. The food is mediocre, let's face it, it's British fast food, not Michelin starred food. Despite all of this, it is always hot and certainly fills a hole, I will keep coming back each week to be seemingly the only customer who says thank you. Don't give them a hard time. They are doing their best and they've all been there for us through some tough times. Big respect for everyone working here. See you next week 👌

Not sure what it is about this particular KFC but the staff never get the order right. The food is always cold and seems old. Been here 3 times and won't be going back.

Visited the drive through last night and was appalled. After reading all the negative reviews customers are writing, I was about to write myself, I shan't bother. Clearly if the directors were concerned this would have been nipped in the bud earlier. I’m reading the same terrible comments from over a year old & it was the same last night. Put it plain and simple just don’t spend your hard earned cash here. If your starving hungry go without & save disappointment.

Really rubbish service tonight. Ordered 6 peices of chicken. Was walking away and thought I should check the box. Look inside and it is six legs. Returned to the counter and said "sorry, they are all legs". Her reply was "yeah" bluntly. I replied " so I take it that's all you have?" And I got a "yeah".No sorry we are out of stock at the mo, or if you wait 15 mins we can do a mix. It was just really bad service. I appreciate everwhere seems to be short staffed at the moment, and I wasn't rude, infact I was very polite. Just think service couldbe much better.

Run down, very poorly maintained, dirty and need of a facilities manager inspection, but more importantly an urgent deep clean. Member of staff was friendly. Food was as you expect Look at photos and go back to basics.

Hi there went to KFC 🍗 Carmarthen today for lunch well what a change from three year's ago the waste bins were overflowing the staff couldn't be bothered no wet wipes, everthing seemed to be too much trouble, the place wasn't that busy, no excuses the management needs to get a grip, if not they are going to lose a lot of customers. I for one won't be calling again for a long time.

Discussed by the mess when arriving,Waited 35 minutes after ordering, on a fairly quiet evening, around 15 customers,The front door is not self closing and every customer left it open when arriving.Staff seemed lazy and slow with no consern for customersWould avoid ever eating inside

One of the worst kfc I've ve had. No ice tea, no supercharger dip or garlic mayo dip. And hot wings were dry and as if they had been left in the fryer for a week. Shocking...

The food was good but the staff did mess up on our order a fair bit and the lack of a napking sent my dad in a rage, considering we were eating with our hands it was quite understandable (you could basically see the steam coming out of his ears lol)
