Kfc in Carmarthenshire

Their app didn’t have Milkybar krushems, only malteasers even though they were serving them. The girl on the drive through window didn’t pass over our order number from the app so when we got to the pick up window, they had no idea and we had to wait extra long. They kept forgetting to put things in the boxes and when we got them, they’d put in the wrong chicken, and the wrong sides. HOWEVER food was lovely and staff were polite and apologised for their mistakes hence the 3 stars.

This was the fourth time myself and my family came here.It was once again filthy!!Food and packaging over most of the empty tables.Once again had to ask the staff to come and clean the table so we can sit down.Why is it there is never a cleaner coming round sweeping up the dropped food over the floor.McDonald's always has this happening.That's it!! Not again!!

Absolutely rubbish. KFC has gone down hill big time. Been here 3 times in the last 2 months . got our order wrong via drive through and false advertising and the beans looked like they had been left for hours! Absolutely disgusting! Advertising things they haven't had in for months!

To coin a phrase "minging". All the tables were filthy. I had to ask for a cloth and spray in the end. Rubbish all over the floor (I didn't ask for a brush). Inside bins were overflowing. The girl behind the counter was as dim as an Albanian lightbulb. Background music? It was like being in a nightclub.Like the Starbucks I went in early; more interested in serving drive thru and home delivery companies than people going in. Thankfully the food was okay.

Probably one of the best KFCs - clean toilets, friendly staff, piping hot and fresh food. Love it. Keep it going you guys!

Sat waiting at the drive through for someone to take our order. No one arrived so we drove around to the collection window to be told we have to go back around. Went back around, still no one there. Finally a young girl arrived after a few mins with no apology. Took our order and we drove round to the collection window. We got our drinks. Then a manager told the boy serving us to close the window while they were waiting on our food which I thought was rude.Food finally arrived, missing 3 items! We were parked up so my other half walked into the restaurant to let them know. After standing there for almost 10 mins with no one around serving or cleaning, he left without speaking to anyone or getting our food.Can't imagine how this place does business with this shocking service.Food we had was shocking too. Worst kfc I've been to.

Always items missing, wrong items and box meals always messed up. Speak to the manager and all you get is attitude. Won't even apologise if in the wrong. Which is quite often. Probably worst KFC in the world. Not even exaggerating

Easy order and collecting process. Ordered online, arrived in parking and checked in. Order was ready to collect when entered in.

Food was good, but fries were a little stingy. Would have been more enjoyable if the female staff member's boyfriend wasn't present, leaning over the serving area from the customers side, kissing her while she's trying to dispense drinks. Had to get him to move so I could get to the straws and napkins. Was quite annoying, unprofessional and unhygienic.

The food was good but the staff did mess up on our order a fair bit and the lack of a napking sent my dad in a rage, considering we were eating with our hands it was quite understandable (you could basically see the steam coming out of his ears lol)
