A most amazing location and extremely friendly and helpful staff.Only one downside.The lamb for Sunday lunch was not slices of lamb it was made up of bits of lamb squeezed together.Very dissapointed.However everything else was good and we will be back.

Location stunning with fab views over the estuary. Sunday lunch slightly disappointing as beef pretty tasteless & veg a bit too 'al dente' for my personal liking. Staff very friendly.

We had valentine's date night yesterday. We went for the sharing menu. It was just divine. The oysters were fresh, the lamb was just ro die for. Wendy and her staff went above and beyond by making me a dairy free dessert that looked and tasted just as good as a dairy based dessert. Thank you for making our night special. We will be back x

Just returned from having a few days at Mansion House as it was our sons wedding.The place is set Beautifully on the side of the coast/estuary and the views are stunning, especially for a wedding outside on the lawn!We couldn't fault the place, the accommodation was spotless and although we only had a standard room it was done to a high standard as were the other 3 rooms that I saw, so I'm sure they are all the same. The views were beautiful from all the rooms too, though we did have perfect weather for the weekend, so I'm sure that helped!The staff were very helpful and attentive which made for a smooth wedding day.The food was really good, flavoursome, well presented and a nice selection.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel, not only to stay at but definitely for a wedding also.... especially after our son and fiance looked at so many and was disappointed before finding this gem! So many guests were thrilled with the Setting and due to the Wedding Ceremony being "Zoomed", relatives and friends, some from abroad were really impressed with the setting, just a Perfect Day had by all!!Thanks to Everyone involved that made it possible!!

Very tranquil place to visit, food was good, not keen on the amount of gravy, I'd have preferred to put that on myself as there was far too much for my liking...But well worth a visit, staff friendly. Good service

Feels Very covid safe and excellent value Sunday lunch. Only disappointment was the toughness of the roast potatoes and Yorkshire pud. But with the excellent size servings that didn't really matter. Fresh veg and beef were delicious. Lovely choice for starters and pud too. Would recommend and would return

I attended a Wedding of a dear friend here yesterday, and I couldn't have enjoyed the day more! Everything was superbly organised and run,and the staff were tremendously professional and competent. The meal was of a superb standard and was a credit to the Chef and kitchen staff. It is set in a beautiful location, and I am most definitely going to return for another visit soon. I visited the Mansion House Llansteffan two days in a row. On Friday I attended a funeral and our family hired a function room for afternoon tea to remember our loved one.It was arranged last minute, family had a late change of plans due to covid restrictions and the staff accommodated us wonderful.On the Saturday our family visited yet again, this time for our loved ones 60th birthday celebrations. Equally to the day before, staff were absolutely brilliant, the food was excellent and the room was perfect for the occasion.Both events were met with the appropriate atmosphere from the staff. Completely respectful, and wonderfully joyful for the birthday celebrations.The garden surround the Mansion are well kept and we enjoyed walking the grounds both days to stretch our legs.The views over the countryside, estuary and the sea is absolutely stunning!I would whole heartedly recommend the Mansion House equally for hiring function rooms for special occasions an to visit for a tasty lunch or afternoon tea.Thank you, again to all the staff. You're absolutely fab ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked Sunday lunch for our family and were not disappointed. The food was absolutely excellent. Venison carpaccio to die for and the roast beef was the tastiest I've had in a very long time.The staff were so friendly and had some brilliant banter with our 2 girls so they had a wonderful time too.I would highly recommend it for a family treat
