Mcdonald's Restaurants in Carmarthenshire

This is not a 24 hrs maccies! We walked all the way from carmarthen on the dual carriageway bare foot in horrific pain to get there! To be told there is no left over food, no drive through and no eat in even though it states 24hrs. The worker was very rude! We do not recommend this McDonald’s for late night tips x

Really don't like leaving poor reviews however this place warrants one. Drive through experience was terrible as the speaker is so quite makes it really difficult to understand the operator, who when told replied, higher know about it and wont do any thing about it, its been broken for ages. Not really the thing you expect from a drive through as it's supposed to make the experience quicker and more convenient. Then unfortunately the double sausage mcmufin was in correct, I noticed after 2 bites that it was a single I don't blame the person taking the order as he probably couldn't hear me either. So I went inside to say what had happend only to be offerd a slice of sausage to put in the muffin myself by the Manager who said you've had 2 bites out if you want a replacement you have yo pay for it! So a well deserved 1star from me. Poor communication and Customer Services

Hate the queue for drive through and parking is just as bad in the car park. Delivery uber drivers are d**ks speeding through and not giving a damn on the mini roundabout nearly causing an accident with another vehicle, not just once but on a couple of occasions. Food good

Great service and lovely food. The only issue was, because I'm disabled and I use crutches to walk, the floor was really slippery. I nearly took a tumble twice

I just went to carmarthen McDonald's at 2am litteraly just now, and their fillet and fish are normally a hit and miss. But I have to admit that I just had the best one tonight, never been happier, I'm always so carefull about order it. Also a live lady at the first window and a lovely lady at the second window both so polite and started jokes and it made me happy so thank you :))

Absolutely fantastic service here. Lady on the door was brilliant. Wiped down the outside tables for us as we had a dog and when a mistake with our order happened it was sorted immediately without any fuss or quibble

Really impressed, we don't have table service at our local McDonald's, so it was quite unusual to have the service here, hot food came in a few minutes, and helped fill stomachs mid journey on our way further west. A welcome stop.

Called at around 2am although everything was freshly cooked I think someone forgot about the fries as they was literally burnt to a crisp where as the potatoe inside was non existent, reminder to myself to check my order next time before we drive away

A very good McDonald's that still has the little cupboard thing with all the sugars, salt, straws that most McDonald's removed about 3 years ago. Fantastic service and the food was nice although not made very well at all. I had to rebuild mine.
