McDonald's in Carmarthenshire

Asked for a hot chicken burger came cold sent it back to be brought another cold burger even had the manager tell me it was freshly cooked as it was warm to the touch will never goto this McDonald's again always have issues but the way I was treated did it for me no refund second time either just a snapped in half burger attached to the managers hands

This was a bit of a letdown. Staff was preoccupied with themselves, order took long even when eating in and as a result the fries were cold and the cheeseburger was kept warm too long and bone dry.

Lady that served me was so lovely and friendly think she may of been the manager, sadly did not get her name. We spoke of the old Mc D's breakfast and that it should make a come back 😊

Where are your click and collect bays I understand you don't have the biggest of car park that difficult to just have a couple of numbers placed on your carparkInstead you have me queue up for your drive-thru not amused

Popped into this store today for a hot drink but ended up having a value mealFood was very tasty and hotOrdered via the app and had the food delivered to the tableStore was very busy but was lovely and clean with a play place for the children.Lots of parking available all free too !Definitely be a return visitor

Good reliable food for a quick bite .Very nice friendly lady working the restaurant floor .

This is not a 24 hrs maccies! We walked all the way from carmarthen on the dual carriageway bare foot in horrific pain to get there! To be told there is no left over food, no drive through and no eat in even though it states 24hrs. The worker was very rude! We do not recommend this McDonald’s for late night tips x

Really don't like leaving poor reviews however this place warrants one. Drive through experience was terrible as the speaker is so quite makes it really difficult to understand the operator, who when told replied, higher know about it and wont do any thing about it, its been broken for ages. Not really the thing you expect from a drive through as it's supposed to make the experience quicker and more convenient. Then unfortunately the double sausage mcmufin was in correct, I noticed after 2 bites that it was a single I don't blame the person taking the order as he probably couldn't hear me either. So I went inside to say what had happend only to be offerd a slice of sausage to put in the muffin myself by the Manager who said you've had 2 bites out if you want a replacement you have yo pay for it! So a well deserved 1star from me. Poor communication and Customer Services

Hate the queue for drive through and parking is just as bad in the car park. Delivery uber drivers are d**ks speeding through and not giving a damn on the mini roundabout nearly causing an accident with another vehicle, not just once but on a couple of occasions. Food good

Absolutely fantastic service here. Lady on the door was brilliant. Wiped down the outside tables for us as we had a dog and when a mistake with our order happened it was sorted immediately without any fuss or quibble
