Rude waitress wearing leather look jeans, not appropriate. Arrived at 10.50am but as it's table service we had to wait to be served. "The" waitress came over at 11.12a.m, snatched the breakfast menus off the table & told us that we could only have drinks as the kitchen was closed between 11 & 12. At 11.20 two full english breakfasts were served to 2 golfers a few tables away from us! My friend went to speak to a very nice waiter & told him what had happened. He came back with the menus & took our order. He quite frankly saved the day as his colleague was rude.

Fantastic view over the golf course, and excellent customer service. Chef came out to ask if we were OK with the streaky bacon as it was a little 'over'.

Spa day followed by 2 course meal. Staff are extremely helpful and are welcoming. We've had a wonderful day and definitely will be coming back.

Four went from breakfast on 6th Nov 2021. Of the four, three had poached eggs. They were awful. One member of our party sent his eggs benedict back, but what he had as a replacement was not much better. The waitress didn't bring us enough cutlery or sauces. The chairs were full of crumbs which we cleaned ourselves. The two stars I've awarded are for the full English breakfast with scrambled eggs, which was good.Won't be returning anytime soon.

Went there for Sunday lunch. Arrived at 1.30pm and left just after 3pm, as our food had not arrived, and I suspected, judging by the complaints from nearly every table who were there before us, that it wouldn't be coming anytime soon. There were lots of people walking out and a load of complaints. There seemed to be one young waitress in charge of the place, who looked stressed and overworked and was having to apologise constantly to everyone. Not a manager in sight. Some women from the spa did come to help her out, but mainly stayed behind the bar pouring drinks. Shambolic. Really felt for the young waitress trying to run a busy Sunday dinner time single handedly

Had afternoon tea. Looked and tasted wonderful. More than enough food, both savoury and sweet. One refill of teapot. Good friendly service in lovely setting. Popular spot with half the tables occupied even at 4 in afternoon.

Disappointed to not find a proper menu there anymore, only mains and desserts on a Saturday night? They use to have a good menu and it use to be a lovely place to go to with the family. The food itself was tasty but the inattentive and unprofessional service made the whole experience pretty poor. What’s happened to this place?

The bar and brasserie is part of the golf course complex. The food here is generally of a very high standard. The beef lasagne was a bit burnt (and therefore chewy) at the edges, but the chocolate brownie was delicious. Apparently the opening hours will be extending soon, as will the menu, so look forward to dishes being added in the near future. Recommended.

Pleasant surprise to see the resturant updated in lovely interior fabrics & colours. Spacious layout between tables too. Atmosphere relaxed and great background music. Lovely views of the golf course and high tide. Service was excellent. Certainly will return in the near future.
