Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in Carmarthenshire

Waited 56!!!! minutes to be served a cooked breakfast.There were at least a third of the tables empty.Staff seemed to be wandering backwards and forwards not knowing where they were going!Get rid of the kitchen staff who obviously aren't used to cooking outside a domestic environment!

Waited 30 mins for paoched egg and beans toast eggs were cold toast was cold beens were okTerrible service

Popped in for a cooked breakfast. Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes being totally ignored by the one member of staff who was expediting the cooked meals. Back and forth she went, several times, failing to even acknowledge our presense. Ironically, the words "Happy to Help" were on the back of her polo shirt, because she didn't smile once! Maybe they were short staffed? But a "Sorry to keep you waiting, I'll be with you as soon as I can," would probably have secured our custom. As it was, we walked out without ordering.

Lush food every time, do wish they had the self service screen like Llanelli Morrisons cafe but otherwise very good, definitely recommend!

Pretty good for a supermarket cafe. Only problem is they tend to have a limited availability of menu items. We've had a fair few experiences of them running out of a few of the options around 1 or 2pm which is disappointing. Other than that it's nice food and friendly staff.

Not overly busy during our visit, but at least one member of staff short of delivering a half decent service. The food was what you expected quality wise. Upstaged by other local facilities at the moment. Lots of room to improve.

Food was ok. Dont particularly like microwaved bacon, beans and the like. Still it's ok for a quick coffee or snack. Menu needs updating as they no longer do the toasted sandwich. You have to purchase a prepared one and then they toast it for you. Rubbish. Staff also need to keep on top of cleaning the tables. So many tables had plates and cups left on them when customers left. We had a meal opposite a table that had been vacated but left in a mess. 30 minutes later it was still a mess. Despite quite a few staff wandering past the table with empty hands!

Staff are great but never any food you want. Coffee machines are often broken Service was very unprofessional one guy had his bottom crack showing as his pants were half down his trousers. Not one member of management said anything. We were shocked to say the least. Not good if that is the standard they accept

Much improved from before, had stopped going as it was so bad but now I will go again. Nice food and good value for money. Pleasant place to sit much more light and airy.
