Nando's in Carmarthenshire

Had a chickpea burger. The bun was soggy and had to be thrown away. The burger was bland and tasteless, covered with a sauerkraut like relish that was so vinegary it had to also be thrown away. Chips were ok. Waste of money. Will not return.

Four meals were ordered Two of which were lemon and herb. The food came but was hotter than medium as we tried it with the wrong flag. We made a complaint to get it changed, to which the manager addressed us “I made it myself I know it’s right, but someone else must’ve added the wrong sauce” she was cocky and rude towards us. By the time the food had been corrected, the other two had finished. No apology was made. We were pointed at by the manager as we were leaving. The manager had a terrible attitude. All could’ve been resolved if she had a better attitude. Also she was dressed inappropriately, absence of an apron or head wear when she claimed to have made our food.

Food was ok , service good , polite staff . Conn tho you have to pay to park . If that wasn’t the case I’d given 5 star

Large, cavernous Nandos, I'm not a Nandos regular, but this seemed particularly short on atmosphere. Quiet when we arrived (7.00pm Friday), seething when we left. Charming serving staff and person taking orders, but let down by kitchen. Food took an age and was dry when it arrived. I had Butterfly chicken which was tough, and a small portion. Partner had halloumi/mushrooms pitts which was better. With drinks came to £30. Not sure I'd bother again, but not much choice in this vicinity.

Fabulous food as usual from Nandos, I love that it tastes the same no matter which restaurant you are in. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Will definitely return.

Food was really nice, had to wait an hour as they had burnt the chicken. Only giving 3 stars as they said I was to have a £20 voucher because I waited so long for food....... still no voucher !!!

We ordered on the app and took a good 10mins for the order to go through. Then we got our drinks a while after. It was busy but the staff were very attentive.

Superb service, excellent location, delicious food and great ambience. What else can I say except that entrance carpet was full of litter as if no one had swept it for ages!!

Excellent service and food. Staff warm and friendly. Little bit expensive for the amount of food but the quality makes it a worthwhile spend
