New kung fu in Carmarthenshire

Absolutely disgraceful I rung them to order for delivery and bought egg fried rice and bolied rice piad for them both order came one hour later with only the bolied rice phoned up straight away to say its missing only to be accused of not ordering the egg rice and the woman who I spoke to has major attudie problems said they will send one out without paying delivery but I have to pay for rice she kept arguing so I said you have lost good customers will never spend a penny here again not proffensial at all hugly disappointed

Shocking will never order from here again.they never put the egg fried rice in.rung them for the woman to have a stinking attitude and said they can deliver the rice for free but we will still have to pay for the rice.ive already paid so why pay again.and no free mini spring rolls.well will never order from here again and will be telling friends not to

A real bad takeaway food freezing half the stuff missing and the woman trying to say we diddnt order witch we did I won't spend another penny there shocking if I diddnt have a beer I'd be going down there

Absolutely shocking, spent over £70 and had food missing from my order , rang to say and the young woman read back my order to find the food had beenordered but not delivered. I actually had 2 different meals, I was missing some vegetarian things I'd ordered. She apologised and said they would replace the missing meals...the delivery driver arrives some 40 mins later asking me to pay £13.50 for food I'd already paid for but was missing...I'm actually appalled by this, why would I pay again? When I rang she admitted that she had probably made the mistake. She also claimed that she told me on the phone that I'd have to pay , what a lier she was as she most definitely did not. I alway spend a lot of money here and feel very very disappointed but the reaction as the driver had to take the food back. This ruined the 80th birthday meal.. ill never order here again now ....

Lovely food, always tasty and hot, large choice on the menu, definitely' recommend.

Forgot to give us prawn crackers. Food generally very nice. Definitely one of the nicer Chinese takeaways locally

Amazing !! I Always ask for no veg and they always make it with no veg :) today it was boiling hot, Only disappointing thing was I paid over £60 and because I ordered online I didn’t get any free stuff, like a Bottle of coke or spring Rolls which is really unfair

First time making a order here and will be the last time, just terrible I wished I made beans on toast than waste £24 on burnt over cooked and cold food. Only nice thing in the special box was the chicken ball. The rice well was just like slush didn't enjoy what so ever

Was good, now servvice has gone to the dogs. Ordered at 6pm. the order left the shop at 7:20 and delivered to us at 8:15. Take away believed it is fine to deliver food that has been in a car for 45 minutes 1/4 mile away.Quote from the manager "we cannot keep every customer happy, many a disappointed by our delivery"After many years, last order with them
