Nice little beach cafe. Great surroundings. Shame about weather that day but nothing could be done about that. Hope to see you again on a sunnier day

Lovely beach side cafe, lots of options and the food looked great. I only had tea and a scone as I wasn't too hungry but definitely had food envy when all the other dishes came out. Great value for money here and service great, very friendly.

Great little cafe on the front, just over the railway bridge at Pensarn beach. Good selection of meals including specials at good prices. Small gift shop for buckets, spades, flip flops. Lovely ice cream too. They do take away as well if you don't want to leave the beach.

We just popped in for dinner ... 6 of us !We were sat at two tables and looked after by a lovely lady who was helpful and friendly . Some of our group couldn't decide what they wanted but we never felt rushed. When the food arrived it was good portions and fresh. Everyone commented on how tasty their meals were. This will be our port of call every time we visit Abergele.

Visited here on a weekend afternoon for a takeaway meal, and a midweek morning for a sit in breakfast. For the takeaway, I'm really not sure the sign outside matched what they were actually offering, nor the prices. I had what I thought was an all day brunch, but after the lady kindly explained the options I'm not really sure that's what I ended up with, and was certainly more expensive than the board. It was OK but for what I was charged would perhaps have expected a little more, particularly with the sausage as sadly to me it seemed quite low quality. However, they are clearly popular so gave them another try for a sit in meal later that week. They have a sign saying "wait to be seated", although the staff member at the till advised to sit wherever I liked and they'd bring a menu over which was fine by me. They had plenty of breakfast options, so picked what I wanted and ordered. I was able to swap out the black pudding for another item which I was happy with. The food was tasty, but again it was the sausage that seemed to let it down. I wasn't expecting top end at all, but they just tasted on the cheap side. I also ordered a cup of tea, which I noted came in a mug - they charge more for a mug than a cup for info. When it came to paying, sure enough they charged me more than for what I had actually ordered. I didn't query it so as not to spoil the day, but think it fair to mention it. Price wise it seemed more expensive than I was expecting, at nearly £10 for a medium breakfast and cup of tea!I would visit again, but would perhaps be more on my guard to make sure I paid for what I ordered etc. For info, this place DOES accept card payments.

Visited a few weeks ago with my mother and son. Wasn't impressed with the food. Really cheap quality. Over priced for the quality of food. Bookers basic range. The staff were pleasant enough though

My family and I have been coming here since I was a little kid, and now I can bring my own kids here. It's friendly, quiet, has a great menu, a little souvenir shop, right by the beach, and near some fun little arcades. A really nice way to start a holiday in Wales

Visited today and what a fantastic place. The atmosphere was brilliant . The staff where so so friendly and what can I say about the food. We had the scampi and chips followed by apple crumble with custard and can honestly say it was the best meal I have tasted in a long time. 10/10 without a doubt

Called in today on our way home from Colwyn Bay and I have to say the food was delicious.I had the fish, chips and peas....which was lovely, then had rhubarb crumble with custard..It was perfect, as it wasn't too sweet, which was ideal for a diabetic. The service was really good and the staff were polite and friendly...will definitely call in again the next time we're in the area
