Pizza Hut in Carmarthenshire

Always forget how good and good value food is.. after long day we arrived really late but Cian T kept everything available and went extra mile to make sure we had all we needed .. tried to do survey but wouldn’t take the code provided

The staff are soo friendly and pizza hut does the best pizza, you can't change my mind. Photo of the all you can eat buffet which is such good value for money with loads of choices.

Food was piping hot,.we had salad pizza and dessert, staff were friendly but not too bothersome, salad bar was well stocked, COVID measures in place. One member of staff however not wearing a mask at all,.I get they may be exempt but if you are with food maybe a visor during these times at the table would be considerate meybe .

Very poor service.Stood in the door way for 20 minutes waiting and after being told by 3 different staff members that they would be with us in 2 minutes we eventually left still hungry.Was not even busy in there.

Me and my boyfriend had the big sharer (1x share pizza, 2x sides, 2x dessert, 3x unlimited salad) the price was very good and the food was very tasty. The portion was very big so we had a box to take it home. We would definitely eat there again. :)

Staff were lovely, but 46 quid for 2 adults and a 5 year old child. one pizza, a kids meal, some ice cream for dessert and three drinks. Really?

Food was fine, we enjoyed our pizza but I’m really disappointed with the customer service. One waitress give my boyfriend a dirty look when he walked past her to the salad bar. Made us feel really uncomfortable so we took home most of our food.

Giving this 5 stars because I struggle to find a decent gluten free pizza with being coeliac. The base and pizza was genuinely tasty, crispy but not like chewing through a rock. The service was fast and the staff were really helpful and super friendly.

A professional Covid secure experience that inspires confidence. Friendly staff, great on-line ordering, lovely food and quick service. They are a great team doing a wonderful job in challenging circumstances. But you can visit with confidence and enjoy Pizza Hut!
