Really nice hotel. Yes it is on a main road but the traffic noise was minimal. Room was spacious and clean. Food & service excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I attended a wedding and afternoon tea here (as well as staying overnight). The organisation, food and service were superb. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a great view of the nearby hills.

Went for Sunday lunch while we were in the area and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely food and very friendly staff, great beer too 😀

Such a lovely place to stay and relax also a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the sun.. Views are amazing lovely and peaceful very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. We visited for a wedding and the food was amazing and plenty of it. Would definitely stay again x

We stopped here on our way back to Manchester from Clarbeaten ( Pembrokeshire a lovely studio) after trying so many places on the route. Due to it being mother's Day everywhere was to busy or not even open ! The staff here did there best to fit us in and we wasn't disappointed! The food was superb and a good amount for four hungry blokes. I had the burger , it was delicious, perfectly cooked with brie and cranberry on it enveloped in a pretzel bun. Service great would definitely stop here again if I was in the area.

Attended for my niece's wedding. Real nice venue, best beef I have ever had. Stayed the night and the rooms were large and comfy bed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and quality products used and a variety of options.

Absolutely gorgeous food, superb staff, beautiful place. Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Definitely going back again. 10/10

Many thanks for a great night for our Xmas party. We had a fabulous night and as usual all the staff were great. Big shout out to your receptionist who kindly gave us a lift into town as we wouldn't get a taxi, and she also came to collect us. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and our evening meal and breakfast were superb.Look forward to staying again

The Plough Inn and Rhosmaen Restaurant is a very comfortable, warm and well appointed hotel and boutique restaurant with plush furnishings, providing superb friendly and efficient customer service, both checking in and during our stay as well as being conveniently located on the A40 close to the Brecon Beacons. It boasts. amazing countryside views all around and there are plenty of seating areas outside to enjoy the view even better. The Hotel offers excellent amenities and the boutique Rhosmaen restaurant serves a varied choice of very tasty meals.- our dinner and breakfasts were really delicious! The Hotel is reasonably priced and includes breakfast. We were very pleasantly surprised and had a delightful stay there this weekend. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, or return again! Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable.
