Sheesh Mahal in Carmarthenshire

Gloriously renovated inside, but the food was unusual. OK, but most of the dishes were a bit odd - neither authentic, or properly UK-Indian. Also, I had an extremely upset digestion afterwards - which is unusual in that I can normally eat anything at all.

Food was amazing and the service by the waitress was next level. Will be 100% calling back soon! Also how do we tip? Usually it’s on the payment system? But service, food and location was great.

Great venue, great food.Not spicy at all , as we wanted.I believe you can have spicy if you like.Service is quick and best.But the very young guy from bar was keep asking for drinks.Asked 2 times in 3 minutes.“Calm down , let us just settle first.”Over all nice decoration , clean and best Curry so far.Keep it same guys.

Came to Llanelli with my partner for a mini break. She always told me the Sheesh Mahal was the best curry house she has ever been to but haven't been for a while as she is living in Cardiff with me. I've never been there, So we booked a meal for 8 people, ourselves and family, and every one of us us loved it. It was faultless from start to finish. The food had so much depth and flavour, and very generous portions. Great decor, and a lovely atmosphere! I highly recomend it!

A fine dining in Indian style in the heart of the town centre. The ambience and service is of the higher standard except that one young male waiter is not very knowledgeable and had to pass on to the experienced one to answer queries about the food.It’s surprising that we could not pay via Apple Pay although it’s displayed that this facility was available!

Really enjoyed food here... friendly staff with lovely food... spent a lot of money without realising though
