Enjoyed Saturday just gone. Love the 'PUB' feel it had , that the town has sadly lost over the years.

A lovely welcome..definitely a locals pub..dogs are welcome too.there were 5 very well behaved ones when I visited..

Had a few pints it was great great people great atmosphere definitely be going back awesome place

Never had been down to this area and a friend says to call in the stag, a local pub where dogs are welcomed 😁 and people to everyone was so friendly like I been coming here all my life

If you like a nice, relaxing atmosphere with good tasting real ales, then this is the place to go. It's also very clean and has service with a smile. It has the added advantage of being dog friendly and having a large beer garden.

Random night out but martin and Joe was very welcoming and made us very welcome. We was there till 1am and very good shout out to my new butty nic who was very hospitable and made us very welcome would recommend to any1 who wants a quiet social pint with great company.
