Starbucks in Carmarthenshire

Stopped due to sudden heavy traffic on the a40. Mostly empty. OK normal latte, decaf coconut flat white not as good as costa's apparently.Clean, tidy, but as ever, a touch on the pricy side for my taste.

Lovely customer service, food and coffee was bang on. Shame it wasn't a drive thru that's all after a week of camping didn't fancy walking into a nice place all grubby and smelly but the coffee was needed.

This place is always a must to stop at on a journey. The coffee is incredible and the food fresh and delicious.

Normally have a great experience here as visit regularly however bit of an odd after taste in cream last week 🤔 human error I'm sure especially with milk products! Won't stop me returning, had a small discount this week as an apology and happily accepted. Just a bit disappointed as we had travelled on before noticing. Maybe double check items before leaving.

Very nice coffee. Nice blueberry muffins. But only grudge was we had to ask for table to be cleaned but nice place to chill with a hot drink. Will come again

Better than Costa, but that’s not hard.I like their fruit toast, even if it is very expensive.Staff are quite present when they are not rushed off their feet.

Usual Starbucks but really liked the staffs. Very friendly.

I have never met such a rude group of individuals in all my life. I will never step foot in this Starbucks ever again. I was ignored, but when I repeated the question was given a standoffish reply. I am so offended by it I felt compelled to make a review, I can not quiet believe how rude they actually were. I’m shocked by it to be honest, not a great way to enjoy the start to your holiday.As for the toilets, why would you put the hand dryer next to the toilet utterly disgusting! And not high up low level - horrible absolutely awful experience. And the men’s toilets were out of use, I wouldn’t give them 1 star only it’s the lowest possible.

Our second day in Wales, unable to find familiar coffee. At 4.52pm local time, we decided to drive 30 miles for a cuppa after a day of sightseeing. Splendid way to end a delightful Sunday.

Fantastic Coffee with great service and a smile being offered. There is a lot of space to sit down and enjoy some peace and quiet as well as a great selection of small bites, sandwiches or some sweet treats. Great for a quick coffee or to meet up and sync up with friends.There is plenty of parking available too.
