accepted my order on just eat, said it was out for delivery and kept me waiting over an hour and then cancelled my order last minute ??? What awful service!

Overly expensive with £5.50 delivery charge to end up with no 1.5l coke that i ordered for £3.50 and when you call the restaurant its always busy

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Food not arrived 3 hours after we ordered. Called them 1 hour ago and they lied to our face and said the food was ready and going out in 5 mins to be taken to us. We called back 5 mins later to check and they have turned their phones off. I never bother writing reviews but feel like people need to know this place is turning their phone lines off just to avoid speaking to customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Discussing food. All tasted the same dull taste of yesterday's ribs thrown into my supposedly duck chow mean. WASTE OF MONEY

Awful 😖 first of agree about the delivery as paid online then had a call to pay 3 more when driver came. I cant even eat it its making me feel sick. I dont even know what batter that is meant to be what a waste never ever again

What an absolute awful establishment! Ordered food 2 hours ago. Rang to ask where the food was to be told it would be any second now. Food has still not arrived 30 mins after. rang to complain and she blamed driving conditions. Its 8.39pm and a dry night. He must have got stuck in a blizzard during rush hour. The lady hung up on me and turned their phones off.

Great food fresh and great portions. Very enjoyable. Staff are very welcoming. Thanks will be back Marcus

Ordered a meal through just eat with the clearly stated delivery cost, got a call 10 minutes after to state that delivery charge was 2 pound more which I accepted. 20 minutes later I had another call to say it was 4 pound extra which I then declined and told them to cancel my order. Lady on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone straight away after this. If you can't deliver for the cost don't put your delivery range that high or increase the initial delivery cost for everyone. Don't order here.

Just had ours delivered, it's disgusting. Sate chicken is more like watered down curry sauce. Chickenballs fine as they are frozen but the sweet n sour sauce is vile, inedible. Rice old, dry severe lack of peasWould not recommend and def never buy again.Sun & moon use some quality ingredients, get a new chef or retrain and put your prices up customers expect some quality in their food not that rubbish your serving disgusted.

Seems they've watered down all the sauces we had curry with no peas just chicken (9 pieces) some onion and watery sauce and soya gravy that wouldn't even stay on the chicken balls it was so thin! hardly any beef in the chow mein with very few beansprouts and just a few strips of carrot pre ordered at half 4 for delivery at half 7 they confirmed for 7:35 and then turned up just before 8, was dissatisfied with the quality of the food and service I know in the ongoing pandemic times are hard but I still expect the quality of the food to be worth what I paid.
