Taj Mahal Tandoori Take-Away in Carmarthenshire

We were a party of 12 staying in Dyffryn House. We rung ahead to pre order and collected. I gave a complex order by ordering in families rather than going through the menu and keeping mains and sides together. The lady on the phone was fantastic and the whole order was there. Order was ready for collection within half an hour - lovely food and fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic meal! We were staying at Tan y Lan farm at the coal house and the food was delivered hot and flavours fantastic. Slight hiccup with the order and when I called, they had already realised and were already on their way to rectify! I wish they were near to my house. They would be a regular takeaway!

Very disappointed ordered a main chicken tikka dish and a starter chicken tikka dish in our meal ,drove 9 miles down and back only to be given 2 chicken tikka starters and I paid 3 pounds 50 more for a main ,when I phoned them ,only to be cut off ,so we didn't have much tikka in our meal

Wow. This was one of our better choices. A well deserved 5 star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊 this is the best food we ve had outside of India. My chicken chilli keba was bloody amazing 👏 and my fella had chicken delight and he was just as happy with his. I need the recipe for your chicken chilly kebab . Well done boys ! Would definitely recommend and would definitely eat here again . Two happy customers 😀

Been here a few times and it's always been good. Easy to order through website in advance and collect. Will visit here again.

Had a takeaway for 2 delivered yesterday evening. We had chicken dhansak and specual garlic chicken tikka with pilau rice and a chapati. It was absolutely delicious and I sometimes feel very bloated after a takeaway but not the case with this. Highly recommend

Order food from here all time time as im a fussing eater and dont like onions and sent me food with onions as i stated that i dont like them as i do all the time and have no problem. Today i phoned them and they called me a liar and that everything they have is made with onions and woildnt change my food or gave me refund. Were very rude on phonrv

Just had a chicken narga (my go too dish) and probably one of the best I've had, coming from the curry capital of westmids thats a big ask! Food was delivered on time and hot. Definitely recommend unless you hear from me in the morning 🤞

Extremely disappointing meal. We ordered chicken tikka masala, keema naan and paratha and drove to collect it. It was ready for collection on time and stayed hot on the drive home. The tikka masala wasn’t unpleasant but was easily the strangest one I’ve ever had since it contained large chunks of onion, some chicken and a LOT of a very strange sauce. The best way I can describe it is as if a student wanted to make a tikka masala at home but all he had was a tin of tomato soup and some ketchup. As I said, it wasn’t unpleasant and was eaten - but it wasn’t a tikka masala. The keema naan was pretty much as it should be - well cooked, fluffy and had a few burnt edges. The paratha though was bland and leathery.

We had a takeaway from here whilst staying at Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park. I always order chicken Tikka Saag and have had many lol so was apprehensive about the meal. I should not have worried, it was deliciously authentic as some I've had are way below par. The sauce was thick and chicken tender. We ordered 4 different mains and various naans, rice and onion barghees and all of the food was very good. Highly recommend this eatery and they even delivered it to the caravan. Fantastic service hence 5 stars.
