Best Chinese I've had in years! It's also a pub!

Fab little Chinese restaurant with a separate bar area with tv. Friendly staff, tasty cuisine (we opted for vegetarian options: Lettuce wraps to start, followed by (shared) vermicelli, mixed chopped veg in satay sauce and egg fried rice for mains. Tiger beer and tap water to drink). A nice, hidden little gem especially as there's currently not many Chinese restaurants in the area. Free car parking.

Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere we ordered the duck and egg fried rice and prawn ball plus prawn stir fry all hot and tasty.

Always get good food here. Welcoming and a fair price.

The Blue Bell Inn is unique (well, I think it might be). It's a tiny pub in a small Welsh village but it is also a Chinese take-away and restaurant. Not many tables but enough. There is also a carpark behind which is very useful.The star of the show is, of course, the food. A VERY comprehensive menu available for both take out and sit in. We had the hors d'oeuvre for two which was a meal in itself, before having a coupe of mains. Everything was very tasty and met with our expectations.Having stuffed ourselves as best we could, we were very happy to be offered takeaway boxes for our leftovers. LOL - tomorrow's dinner sorted as well!The place is tiny and unassuming yet punches way, way above it's "weight".

First time here. Short wait for my meal but was very nice. Had the special chow mein which was lovely but had a bit too much sauce with it for my taste. The chicken balls were lovely and the sweet and sour sauce was good but couldve been thicker and sweeter. Overall though would come back again.

My first and last order here. £3.20 for crispy won ton,a bag of filo pastry. Oh and the prawn crackers are soft. What a waste,like I have money to burn,not. Rang to ask for refund on my card and she didn't know how.... That will teach me, trying something new.

We had a recommendation for two Chinese takeaways, as we've only lived in Carmarthen for a short while. I decided to visit The Blue Bell Inn as a result of two reviews, one positive, but it was the response to the negative review that made me visit. Such good customer service, deserves my custom. Oh and the food was fabulous. We had set meal A. The young woman who took our order was lovely. I have just found our new Chinese takeaway. Happy days.
