Called in for a carvery and was met by a member of staff (possibly manager) who was pleasant and efficient. We were a bit late for lunch as it was about 13.45 and the carvery was low on veg and the meat looked really dry. However we were pleasantly surprised as the food was hot and actually tasted lovely. One of the nicest carveries I’ve ever had and will definitely be visiting again. A beautifully decorated pub with plenty of car parking and lovely staff and food.

We had a carvery. Very disappointed. Nothing like we have had previous. The meat was cut so thin it was like wafer thin meat. When we asked for more the chefs face said it all!! The roast potatoes and parsnips were cold..gravy was cold. None of the veg topped up, the dishes with these in were nearly empty. Not even a portion of cauliflower cheese left in the tray. I couldnt ask the chef as he couldnt get away quick enough after cutting the meat. It looked like it had been there for ages. Will not be returning anytime soon..we will look elsewhere for a carvery.

Excellent mid week carvery, with beef, turkey, gammon and the works, £10 a head mid wk great value xx plenty of room large pub, but better to book a table as so popular, busy a sign of a good pub. Excellent staff, with good beer and great service x

Lovely local pub and eatery. Staff are hard working and very friendly - even when they're flat out at capacity and will do whatever they can to accommodate you.The food is lovely and the carvery is simply unrivaled. On Sundays especially, I would advise to book in well in advance as the carvery is very popular.A true gem of Llangennech!

Visited here on Sunday, and had the carvery. The place was busy but we had booked ahead in advance, which is what is recommended. The food was lovely and staff were friendly, the only thing I found was staff were too quick to clear our table even before my mum in law had finished her food. But we enjoy3d and will be visiting again

Excellent Sunday roast carvery's here. Plenty of everything available and offered with a selection of succulent meats ranging from pork to beef. The venue was overall very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful relating to food intolerances.

Amazing night, the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed with beautiful decorations, the staff were very accommodating for vegans and non vegans, the nicest but roast I have had out. Thank you

Visited with friends who live locally on Sunday. The carvery Sunday lunch was excellent. A choice of beef, turkey and ham with a wide selection of vegetables. All perfectly cooked. The meat melted in your mouth. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive and despite the place being busy they served the food quickly and efficiently. All the tables were safely spaced out and it did not feel crowded. We had a lovely meal and would go again if we were in the area. The only problem we had was trying to park in the crowded car park although we did find a space when someone left and the toilets although very clean and well maintained had a slightly puzzling configuration and were not obvious to a new visitor. Only minor points which should not distract from an excellent pub. Make sure you visit but make sure you book first. It is a very popular place and when you visit you can see why.

Great place to have a drink and a meal. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Food was great. We visited on Friday night and Saturday night. Excellent value for money. Generous portions. Would definitely recommend. Caters for large parties or great if there is just two of you. Will be back next time we visit the area.

The Bridge, Llangennech is certainly a place I would recommend. We phoned at 5pm on the off chance of a table and they fitted us in no problem even though they were busy.Staff can't do enough to help you and the surroundings are exceptionally clean and comfortable.A good menu choice available all very well priced; we had the 10oz rump, peppercorn chicken, hunters chicken and battered cod. Absolutely delicious (not a scrap was left). They also do a carvery which was popular and looked so appetising.
