Amazing pizza and amazing ice cream, highly recommend!

This has by far been my most favourite camp site visited. We will 100% make this spot a regular visit. You have so much privacy without feeling lost. Such beautiful views and all the amenities you need for washing, toilet and showers. The pizza is amazing and a beautiful rustic barn setting to enjoy it in.

Wonderful setting our pizza was delicious with a really crisp base. Icecream was among the best I have ever eaten and I am an addict. Definately worth a visit.

Fantastic ice cream in a variety of flavours, Jaffa Cake was extremely delicious. There's a few picnic benches outside giving a lovely view of the surrounding area.

We have just spent 3 nights at Cowpots and I wish I had booked it for longer. We had an amazing time here and the facilities in the tree field are brilliant. We had our own covered table area where we housed our kitchen, our own hot shower and sink was just luxury for camping, and the compost loo was genius. The kids made lots of friends with the other kids on site and as there were no cars allowed in the tree field I felt perfectly happy for them to run around and wear themselves out before bed. Then, when the kids went to bed, it was nice to sit around the fire pit with a G&T and marvel at the amount of stars in the sky. Look forward to booking again and coming back. Xx

Lovely afternoon spent here. We took our three. Neices here for the afternoon all under 10 and the thoroughly enjoyed. Delicious pizzas & delicious ice cream. Made for a lovely half term treat, as prices and amount high. Staff pleasant and the place was very clean. Lovely forest walks and a camping ground. Free parking. Nice little find.

Great place. Book in advance. We turn up and they were great and squeezed up in. Amazing pizza and equally good ice-cream. Raspberry lemonade was good. Really friendly staff who were helpful. Reasonable priced. Really recommend. Even worth a trip just to visit.

Called in here for lunch last week. We had a warm welcome from the owners and were treated to some delicious pizza cooked in the purpose built pizza oven! Plenty of choice. Also sampled some of the tasty ice cream made on site! We look forward to another visit.

What a wonderful find! Friendly owners, fabulous variety of homemade ice creams to eat in or take away the choice is endless and always changes. We went with friends for Pizza the other Sunday which we hadn't tried before and we were not disappointed, great variety, very delicious, fresh and hot!

A wonderful experience to have as a family. Amazing homemade ice cream with loads of different varieties for the family to choose from.Pizzas look fantastic and will return to try them in the next couple of days. Just amazing service even allowing the children to sample the flavours before making their choice.Wold thoroughly recommend to anyone considering a lovely afternoon chilling out as a family or having an evening meal together. Lots to do in terms of board games and dominos to occupy the time.
