Very friendly, small area in the front as you walk in and then as you go through it is bigger, Nice garden area at the back. I Would go there again.

We had three good nights here and found the food and beer excellent. The staff and customers were very friendly.

The Three Compasses is a friendly pub based in the centre town of Newcastle Emlyn. They serve a selection of local ales, well known range of beers, largers, ciders and a selection of wines and spirits. They have a menu with a great choice which is all homemade.
