Great food, except the questionable Sunday dinners

Excellent food. Good menu. Cooked to order, not a long wait. Seperate Vegan menu If thats your liking.Plenty of comfy sofas for socialusing too.Would I eat there again yes✓Would I recommend a friend yes ✓

Great pub for a pint after a game of Squash in the club next door. TV and a screen for sports and pool tables.

Amazingly friendly pub.Made us feel so welcome.Our dog was treated as their special guest, he was given treats and a bowl of water without us asking for anything.The food was absolutely stunning, real attention to detail, only complaint is that we couldn't eat it all!Fantastic value for money.Can't rate highly enough!We will be back for sure❤Well done guys!

Fantastic pub food. My rump steak was tender and cooked perfectly to my medium rare preference...Very well presented food with plenty of salad veg and chips, you won't leave the table feeling hungry! Good selection of real ales.Landlady and staff very pleasant.Generally a great Llandeilo pub.Food highly recommended.

Such a lovely experience here - really friendly and welcoming, and great food with huge portions! The chicken, bacon and leek pie came with a massive amount of peas and chips, gorgeous buttery pastry and generous amounts of meat in the filling, just what I needed...Really appreciated some suggestions on where to walk and explore nearby as well, staff were very kind and thoughtful to talk to us about where we could get to without a car.Definitely a great choice to pop in to for dinner (not open every day, and not for lunch so check the opening hours!) and bring your appetite!

What a wonderful pub! The food is great value and generously portioned. Proper home-cooked pub grub. I had a chicken bacon and leek pie and it was incredibly tasty.They have a great selection of beers on, too. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help.They accepted a booking, although it was quiet enough that we didn’t need to.The main bar has a TV for sports but the restaurant is off to the side, so a bit quieter.

Great place, staff and owner/s are fantastic. Food is very good, large portions and pub prices. Would/will call again. Had sanitiser at bar/toilets and at the main entrance. Social distances are well maintained so be sure you can eat in safety. Good selection of local beers and also a very good top shelf of shorts. Ok it's kind of a back street pub, but I always find places like this are often overlooked and should be explored like the surrounding countryside!. So go explore this fantastic pub/restaurant the locals are fantastic and very friendly and good to talk to about local places of interest and also places to eat and drink.
