Yummies in Carmarthenshire

Let's be honest, I've lived in Tumble a good few years, always ordered from Yummies. Sadly, my last visit wasn't great.Not only did the guy behind the till not fully understand my order, but when he asked me to pay, he told me they don't take card. What kind of place in 2022 doesn't accept card transactions?I then said to him "Ohh no I asked for a chips on the kebab instead of the pita bread pal" and he asked me for more money for my medium chips.I'll order from Yummies again, but not for a long while.

As one of my go to takeaways for a chilled night I can say the food is always tasty and definitely always cooked right... But.. when it comes to what you've ordered and what you get delivered could be completely different - Ordered today and got chilli bites instead of mozzarella sticks 🤦‍♀️

kebabs were cold despite living only two miles away. There was a piece of plastic in the coleslaw and the cookies were not cooked. Just 4 slices of raw cookie dough.

I find theorded chickenjust now too spicy I can't even eat it eat it

First time having food from here and it was lovely, nice size portion, quick delivery and friendly driver.

Possibly the worse chicken donner kebab I have ever had, everything tasted of water, to the extent of my nan bread was like a mush and a good vet would have brought the chicken back to life

Absolutely awful! Although the food arrived relatively quickly (normally they've been about an hour later than the time they'e originally stated), they made so many mistakes! For example, I ordered one burger with mayonnaise with no salad and I received a burger with no mayonnaise, salad and cheese (and I ordered the food via the online system where I could double check what I wrote to make sure there were no errors!) When I ordered chicken kebab meat, they gave me two large chunks of crispy southern fried chicken in a plain wrap. They also mixed up the drinks order. The final nail in the coffin was when they tried to charge me more than what the final price I had confirmed when I ordered the food and they wouldn't wait for me to open the food (to make sure everything was okay) before driving off.Really?This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, and this isn't the first time they've made mistakes with my order (not normally so many mistakes at once, mind!). I kept telling myself that it was just a fluke or maybe they misheard what I said. But this time not only did they have my order clearly in writing but the attitude they gave me was horrid. I'll never consider ordering food from them again.0/5

After waiting for an hour for my order to be delivered, when it was delivered the food was cold and not what I expected it to be. The kebab meat was full of fatty lumps which I couldn't chew properly and the chicken nuggets tasted as though they had been cooked a long while ago. I am very unsatisfied with this service and feel as though I have wasted money on this order tonight as it ended up in the bin.
