Cadwaladers Tenby in Pembrokeshire

Flavours lovely. But unfortunately unhelpful Staff. My wife asked to swap a flavour in a Sundae and was refused. Price of scoop is the same and yet answer was no. Three members of staff could not explain why this was.

Loved it. My daughter had a single scoop of ice-cream on a cone and I had the "ice-cream burger" which is a must try in my opinion.Lots of flavours to choose from too.

Be prepared to wait. Slow service and the place desperately needed someone to wash up, dirty plates and glasses crowded onto the counter. The ice-cream was nice, but expensive.

Excellent flavours and excellent service. Went 2 days consecutively and they recommended the combination of flavours. Absolutely brilliant and very satisfied with the combination of flavours. The vanilla, butterscotch, ripple all was superb.

Excellent, friendly staff. Great coffee, wide choice of cakes and ice cream. And very importantly-dig friendly.

Service very slow sadly, ordered 2 teas which turned up promptly, and an dessert which followed a long time after.....the Ice Cream Burger (pictured) very good. The service let the place down.

7-9-2021...been looking forward to visiting Tenby again as this establishment was worthy of a 5 star plus in 2018....unfortunately standards seem to have dropped...reluctant to remove a star...hopefully next visit will be back on par with Bettws-y-coed, and the 2 in Cardiff.10-9-2018...Excellent ice cream parlour. In the centre of town, with air conditioning, quite a good selection of ice creams.

Amazingly friendly staff. Went in on a really hot day with our two dogs, the girls are sure they had a big bowl of water and were happy. And the ice cream was amazing! And the milkshakes were just as good. Ended up going twice in 2 days. Would definitely go again and would definitely recommend it

What an amazingly friendly place to go...I absolutely love ice cream and this was soooo tasty😋...highly recommend popping here if your ever in or near Tenby 😉👍

So delicious ice cream! Recommend the banana and pistachio flavour！ So bravo service! U are gonna love it!
