Booked for a nite stayed 2 lovly spot lovly staff and the veiw ftom room the best even has a lift resalable breakfast and reception staff bar staff outstanding from our 2 rooms we had

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My room was light and airy with a bit of a view of the beach and sea which was lovely. Like the rest of Tenby they were struggling for staff so patience required at meal times. Evening entertainment which was variable but fun. Lovely beer garden at side and total sun-trap spot overlooking the sea. Something for everyone.

Advertised dog friendly but they are not kitchen closed no evening meal no breakfast very disappointed only interested in taking your money no reply from hotel after complaining won't stay there again

Short-staffed dreadful attitude by some members of staff. Food reasonable Happy hour excellent Dog friendly no carparking £27 FOR 6 days

So far everything is very good value for money. The food, especially special diets, is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Biiiig family bank holiday trip to Tenby. Perfect location next to the beach. Self catering accommodation with lotoors if space. For 2 families in one flat one family of five and another of 3. Loved it.

Nice 2-star hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Rooms very basic but twin room spacious. Food nice & nice bar with its own beer garden out back & beer terrace on the front overlooking the beach. Huebert the tour guide is a character in his own right & very eccentric. Only 5mins walk to Tenby Town centre.

Read all the bad reviews on bookings.com everyone of them are completely valid the owner won’t have any of it. Down stairs is treated like a party for locals and get roudy. And the rooms of the lowest standard you can imagine so many other attractive hotel in area please do some research before you consider This place

Been here 2 weeks ago for 4 nights , couldn't find room to complain about anything, staff were lovely food was good and room clean and comfortable, 2 mins from a beautiful beach .Entertaintainment at night, the singers were good and there if you wanted it, if not plenty going on around Tenby.If you go make sure you go to Cadey Island catch boat from Harbour.it.

Room 220 OK room 222 freezing. Gale blowing through windows. Needs taking out of use. Good fun on 6 nations weekend. Food OK but cabbage with curry????Bar good prices and lots of choice. Restaurant staff great especially the Supervisor.Typically geared up for stag and hens and bus tours. I would not pay standard rates as you'll be disappointed. Book elsewhere.
