Harbwr Lights - Haven Holidays Kiln Park in Pembrokeshire

A lovely venue, staff were also pleasant however the food and drink was of rubbish quality. I would like to say cheap and nasty but unfortunately it wasn’t even cheap coming in at over £50 for three main meals (one of a child) and 3 drinks.I had the sirloin, it was tough and rubbery at around £18. The mushrooms that came with it were from a tin, just not great at all. My daughters chicken nugget meal looked like it came from I microwave meal and my partners pint of Madri had to be returned because it was totally dead. Oh well lesson learnt, always bring our own food with us or go off site. This restaurant does not effect the rest of a brilliant resort, just lets it down as the only big place to eat on site.

Had a meal here today & throughly enjoyed it overall a lovely afternoon Jamie our server was absolutely fantastic his customer service skills are exceptional & would rate him 5star plus really added to our day very well done will definitely return 😊😊

Cold food. The breakfast was cold. Cold beans, cold toast. Only positive was the polite waiter. Extortionately over priced considering how small the positions are for breakfast considering the quality. Breakfast pancakes were so hard they couldn’t be cut with a knife. Would not go again.

We arrived with low expectations,four adults and two children for a meal on Saturday night,as we were all staying on the site.Seated quickly,and drinks order taken in good time,and the opportunity to browse the menu... excellent service from the waiter cheerful and efficient,and all six meals ( all different) were excellent.!For large scale catering I could not fault it.Well done.

We ate here a couple of times during our stay and both times were good. And a massive improvement on our last visits to the area. We did have an issue with one meal, Thai Green Curry which when it arrived was just a mass of green beans with a small amount of chicken and sauce. The guy (think he was Aidan) sorted it very quickly though and the replacement curry was lovely and just right. Top marks for customer service!

We had a carvery on a Sunday, we didn't have a reservation but were warmly greeted and accommodated.The service was friendly and the food extremely quick.Food quality and value were both on point.The vibe was cool and contemporary, would recommend and will definitely return. Thanks to all

Seated quickly, but asked about drinks before knowing what was available. Waited a long time before food was taken, only for children's drinks not be brought to the table. Then waited a long time for dessert after ordering.Staff seemed uninterested and unable to cope with the few tables seated.Food is over priced for the quality.

First attempt. Arrived stood waiting to be seated for 15mins after booking, then when got seated another 15 minutes before we gave up and went elsewhere.Second attempt. Arrived and seated straight away, food was quick and service was good. Overcharged on bill for a drink. But otherwise all good.A bit hit and miss, staff (who were nice) explained they are short staffed. Much like all over the park, but don't let this ruin your trip and be laid back. Some people getting a bit uptight!

Quite a wait for food and provided with some poor plastic chairs. My suggestion is don't wait and find your own table. Good food and very filling don't over eat. I was really impressed by the dirty chips! But they pack a punch

This place is very hit and miss. We were told that the wait for food was approximately an hour, which we accepted as it was busy as it was raining outside. After noticing people behind us in the queue were getting their food we went to enquire; only to discover they never took our table number. Moments later our food arrives stone cold. My partner then noticed the waitress leaving the toilet without washing her hands.
