I am a regular customer in m&s Haverfordwest but get very frustrated with the cafe staff. Apart from a lady called Anne no one else will give me an extra hot coffee. They say they not allowed to do it incase I scald myself (carrying a teapot of tea is surely more of a danger as that is boiling water). Ive been to other m&s cafes and they quite happily do the coffees to customer tastes. Come on Haverfordwest staff don't be so lazy!! What happened to customer satisfaction. I 've heard many customers complain of the very same issue. If you put more staff on at the tills they wouldnt be so stressed because of long queues.

Visited the store last Thursday and staff member Lynne Riley was most helpful in helping me select some food and wine. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks very much and really appreciated. A great asset indeed and very knowledge.

had poached egg with avocado it arrived at the table I put my fork into the egg and it exploded and made quite a bang and hot egg went on my face and glasses, the eggs were like rubber I told the girl she did get me another which was fine and it didn't explode when I cut into it

Cafe review: poorly stocked they ran outve chicken at 1pm, food is pricey and they have a poor selection

·

Really disappointed with M&S foodhall today. Visited at 10.45am - really poorly stocked for my requirements. Only pizza and lasagne on offer for the family meal deal, no prawns at the stir fry section, no boxes of curries, no gluten free plain flour, no garlic infused olive oil. When I paid for my 2 items at the checkout I was given a voucher for £7 off a £70 spend - no chance of that at Haverfordwest M&S

First visit and they have good quality food and I tried a meal deal which was lovely. Would buy and visit again.

Went for a extended walk, needed a few messages just popped into m&s seen as i was passing, wouldn't normally be up that way or a place I'd think of shopping, Very impressed with it, shop marked out very well, and some excellent meals for one. definitely go backIt's a tidy little store, you couldn't do a weeks shopping but handy for a basket

Small M&S store with limited fashion range, reasonable food hall, and cafe. Car parking a bit of a nightmare at weekends so patience needed. Cafe offers usual M&S range of food though tables and surrounding areas need a good clean.
