Old Kings Arms Hotel in Pembrokeshire

Very friendly and accomating. We arrived at 9pm to find the kitchen was closing. The chef great he said he would do us a meal. A BIG THANK YOU. It was lovely freshly battered large cod at a very good price

The food and service were fantastic. Both my partner and I had really nice meals. I had the pork belly which was a huge, really good quality and beautifully cooked piece of meat, my partner had the steak pie which was packed with chunks of steak and great pastry. Highly recommended

I stayed here during a work trip and this place was fantastic. Very nice room and the food was amazing, I can't recommend enough.

When for a 90th birthday party with family, food 😋 was excellent staff very friendly.

My room wasn’t the sweetest smelling room, a constant smell of diesel. The evening meals aren’t good quality frozen chips and deep fried food very poor quality. It’s a very expensive hotel that needs a face lift to be worth the price.

Starters could be a bit more exciting. Had the chicken for my main and it was utterly delicious! Very nice waitress called Alice. Shame about the nosey woman who was at the next table, but hey ho, you can't have everything. Note to staff - put super nosey regulars away from patrons who are trying out your lovely pub for the first time. Everyone else was lovely!

As an engineer I travel a lot , staying in various hotels across UK. I can just say this is a remarkable hotel, the food is just ... Well I'm no Gordon Ramsay but comparing a Hilton or holiday Inn to this place is just upseting your stomach. Amazing food felt like I was 12 eating at my Grandma's. Congratulations

Terrible service from the onset. The food quality did not reflect the pricing in the slightest. The waiting staff did not voice the foods that weren't on the menu when we were seated. Small portions, veg cold and swimming in water on the plate and "home made skin on fries" evidently from a frozen food store. Manager rude and unapproachable when voicing disappointment of the food. He had a very aggressive tone and was not empathetic in the slightest. Perhaps he needs some customer service training. Avoid if you don't want to waste your time and money. You'll get better food and service in wetherspoons. 😊
