This place is very hit or miss. Had a sit down meal there with friends back in January 2022 and the food and service was great. However tonight I ordered take away and the service was shockingly bad. The girl taking my order wasn't really listening and I had to repeat myself several times. Once I gave my card details over the phone she hung up without any kind of confirmation. The delivery driver had to call to find out the delivery address because she didn't take all the details properly. When the food arrived she'd added items to my order that I hadn't asked for and the vegetable biriyani I ordered came without any vegetables in the curry!!! It was just a pot of curry sauce!

Thank you Seven Spice Pembroke Dock we all had a great evening last night. Fourteen ladies of a certain age had a wonderful delicious meal together and your service was great!We will be back if you will let us - sorry about all the noise we were having a great time.See you soon!

Just picked up our meal. Got it home, garlic naan soggy undercooked. Prawn biryani tastless along with the veg curry to go with it. Ordered poppadoms and pickles , only salad and yoghurt dip, missing mango chutney & lime pickle. Vegetable rice bland. Appalling! Reading reviews we won’t be using again, it is so hit & miss as to what you get.

First visit and first class. Food was beautiful and tasty. Staff attentive but not too much so. Will definitely return.

Had a meal here today as part of my birthday. Good customer service, efficient and friendly. Bottle of Malbec wasn’t bad at all. Starter and naan was ok although the mixed kebab was a bit soggy. Mains however were a bit bland with not much flavour, and the meat was a bit soft. Overall wasn’t bad, my partner didn’t enjoy it at all. Spoke with the staff but they didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer a solution or replacement. Better restaurant in Indian restaurant in Milford Haven.

Really disappointing. Chose this restaurant due to 4+ star reviews here and on trip advisor. Mixed grill starters were soggy and overloaded with salad and garnishes. Chicken tikka bhuna was bland. Staff too interested in talking to their friends/regulars to deal with new customers. Waiter said he would pass on comments about the food but didn’t. Girl on the till asked how the food was but wasn’t interested in the answer as there was no offer of discount or replacement food. Waited over 20 minutes for the bill as no one came near our table and ended up having to go to the till ourselves. Would rather drive 20 mins to the next town than return to Seven Spice.

Ordered food to be delivered. It was half an hour late due to being extremely busy but… they did call back and advise this was a risk and gave us options to change our mind! Friendly staff and food hot when delivered.Good healthy portions, average quality but tasty all the same and at the right price too.Gluten Free options.Recommend the fish.

The food in general is good. The one problem was the prawns I had in my Balti. I ordered the seven spice special (it's their combination and I didnt ask what's in it). When it came I started eating and sth inside tastes stale and off. I discovered it was the prawn they put in. I grew up eating seafood and I am cerrain to tell how fresh certain seafood is especially fish and prawns. The prawns were not fresh ones, right possible that they were frozen, and defoze and kept for a few days and now they were at the point of getting totally off. I called the manager and told him this but he insisted that the prawns were fresh today and many customers had ordered it without complaints, but he did offer that I could get another dish. I didnt argue with him and I just chose to discard the prawns from my dish as I didnt want to create more waste. The meat n sauce in the dish was totally fine. also they made really good nan and we also ordered mixed vegetable curry and rice which was all fine.The point I would like to make is the prawn problem and you cant fool a seafood eater who ate fresh catch from the sea since young. There should have been better ways of dealing with this situation next time.
