I would definately recommend this place! The bed was so very comfortable, I wish all B & Bs paid such attention to the right bed! Lovely room and bathroom, great staff, so obliging. We just had breakfast, porridge served with honey and blueberries, orange juice and wholemeal toast. A cooked breakfast was on offer at an extra charge which is fine as the room so rainbird priced.

Having read and witnessed the below review in person I wanted to write a positive review on this hotel! Myself and my partner have nothing to complain about, we had a lovely dinner and breakfast (which is NOT cereal and toast).. the staff were welcoming and imformative, even suggesting to us about when best to come back - we will definitely be coming back in the summer time! The rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfy. Yes the restaurant is busy in the evenings but that's what's expected when you are staying in a hotel with a restaurant. From our room we have no noise complaints of music playing too loudly, apart from hearing the wind! Ha! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying here.

This is a beautiful local hotel to Pembroke Dock.We didn't stay with them but enjoyed a yummy and filling breakfast.Due to the weather conditions it wasn't clear they would be open but the amazing staff opened up to the public and welcomed anyone out of the storm. The staff were lovely and kinf and very accomadating to us having our dog.The food was lovely, one of the best breakfasts we have had as a family in a long timeThank you

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews so let's start with a few good points. Place is clean and the family room was spacious. Food in the restaurant was good too. The reason for the two stars is the level noise. Noise from the restaurant below, the music they play, and the fact that you can every footstep, toilet flush etc from the room above. Not too suitable to get the little ones to sleep. When asked if they could turn the music down a little the person behind the bar basically said no, despite that there was a family room above and the base was booming into our room. The unsympathetic reply was it doesn't go on for long.Breakfast is only cereal and tost, which to be honest I wasn't too bothered by, but if you are expecting full cooked type then you will have to pay extra.Appoligies for the negative but the noise level should be put on the radar for the young family that plan to stay in the family room.

Sunday lunch booked well in advance, as having read very good reviews, was worried there may be slim or no chance of getting a table.Parking is a struggle here, as its on a main road, with limited parking in the area, and would advise doing some research as to where to park, or get yourself a taxi. Upon entry, with covid restrictions, the doorway is sectioned off, to be greeted very nicely and seated by very pleasant staff. Drinks order was taken in very good time, and menus left at the table. As ladies out for a catch up and a gossip, we were slow to look at the menus, slow to order, but the establishment allowed us this. When we had entered there had been two tables taken, and a further two tables were taken after us, the place wasn't full, but enough people to feel comfortable. We all ordered the turkey dinner, as it was the lead up to Christmas, but we noted there were various meats available as well as the vegetarian option. We naturally chatted on, and it seemed like no time at all plates came with meat, roasts, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy on. We had various vegetables brought over including swede and leeks in cheese sauce and extra gravy. We were all delighted with presentation, choice of vegetables and the food was hot and very tasty. Two of the four of us chose puddings, options limited, but covered all the bases. We were pleased to see were a great size, served with a choice of pouring cream or ice-cream was a great end to the meal.We were thrilled to find the Dolphin, staff was great, seating relaxed and spaced out, allowed us to stay well past the usually allocated dining time per table. The only thing I would have said, was they possibly missed out on an opportunity, as the waitress had not approached us after desserts and we would have had more drinks if approached. Reasonably priced at £12.95 for the one course, I had two courses and an alcoholic beverage for £22. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, will definitely be using it again and would recommend it to anyone in the area, looking for a great meal in a relaxed setting.
