We loved our stay at the Ferry House Inn. We arrived after 10pm and they were very kind and accommodating when we had to call the after hours number. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom and room was very clean. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness especially compared to other hotels that I have stayed at recently. The included breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was so accommodating with any requests. Our room had a beautiful view of the water out of our window. It was fun to walk around the beach area as well. This was a great place to stay and if I'm ever in the area again will be at the top of my list for lodging.

Just home after 3 nights at this lovely hotel and quite honestly I didn't want to leave. The room was spacious, immaculate, bed was so comfortable and the view was stunning. The food was delicious and locally sourced. Best of all were the fantastic owners and staff who were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. Can't wait to return.

We popped in for a family lunch and were pleasantly surprised by just how good everything was. Really lovely welcome from the two hosts. Very helpful with our various dietary requirements. Good options for vegan and veggie food. Vegan burger with chilli jam, onion ring, chips and mixed leaf salad was absolutely perfect. Butternut squash and red onion tagine was delicious, as was the vegan sausages and chips with salad option. Lovely seated area outside overlooking the water. Inside is spacious and nicely decorated. Thoroughly recommended for lovely food and a warm welcome. Absolutely great.

Excellent food and reasonably priced. Quick and friendly service too. Great views. Would recommend. Only drawback is the narrow road accessing it.

Called here for some food last week whilst working away. Staff couldn't do enough to help and the steak and chips was one of the best i have had in a long time cooked and served perfectly

The hotel or Inn as the owners refer to it, is much better than initial observations would accredit. It is a really lovely building. The rooms were equal to any i have stayed in previously. In fact, better than most. The food was freshly prepared and beautifully cooked and presented. No pompous arrogance. Just good food, well cooked and delicious. As could be said of breakfast. The staff, family and owners were uncommonly nice. Would I recommend them and their establishment, absolutely and without reservation. My only thought would be maybe look at the showers. When I wake I great this world through the benefits of a really good shower. Mine, though adequate for most, was a little on the weak side. But that aside, I will return

Absolutely beautiful view with large glass windows allowing you to see the Irish ferry, people out fishing and enjoying the shore and the overall relaxing atmosphere. Some outside tables too.Food fresh and reasonably priced.Service really welcoming and personable.Good covid precautions with spaced out tables in use, good signage etc. Felt very clean and safe.100% will visit again soon.
